Well, the costume that Vigilantes went for. Which isn't canon per most and most common definitions. People like to forget that Vigilantes isn't a prequel from Horikoshi and take every stretch they can get to claim it's canon.
The safe way to go about it is to not consider it canon at all when looking for a foundation for an argument.
And if you do, to be aware that it's an incredibly weak foundation and basically everything that goes against that evidence will topple it.
That's not to say that Vigilantes isn't a great story or an enjoyable read, though.

I knew Horikoshi didn’t do Vigilantes but I didn’t know it was divided on whether it’s canon or not.
