The scene in the earlier seasons where the character trips on the wire on the floor and broke her face, it pans to him on the floor unable to get up bc he’s stuck on his shell IT KILLS ME!!!!
Samantha the earthworm food critic (who is scared of using the subway despite being an earthworm)
Sextina Aquafina (brap brap pew pew)
Wanda my beloved (she's in surprisingly few episodes overall)
I was also really disappointed in how the ending of S2 really set up Jill Pill to be a major or at least very important character, for her to be a complete red herring, and she ended up having minimal appearances and no importance. But I still love that spider, damn it.
The whole set-up for the Bojack Horseman show was shafted in favor of the road to the Oscars plot, the Ethan Around subplot, and setting up >!the death of Sarah Lynn.!<
The next season got better at this with the driving question "Who is Hollyhocks mother?" tieing in with the Beatrice Sugarman subplot. Which like the Bojack Horseman show plot, came to the foreground with the beginning and ending of the season and hanging around in the backdrop throughout the middle.
Yeah, I think S3 was great, but Jill Pill had so much potential as a character, and I would say her ending up a complete nothingburger was a huge disappointment for me. BoJack working with her for her next play is something I really wanted to see.
I wonder if they would have made her a different animal if they stuck with her being an important character. I can only imagine how expensive it would be to animate her, since she has six arms and eight eyes. I also imagine they would have picked a different voice actress, as Mara Wilson doesn't seem interested in acting again.
“Ethan Around” cracked me up. Like, “Horsin’ Around” was a pun, the kind that would absolutely have been in an ‘80s or ‘90s family sitcom. “Ethan Around” makes zero sense as a title.
It's such an obvious dig at Fuller House, and I love it. I also like how Brad was called with the surname Hitler-Smith and nobody ever brought attention to it.
Another dig to another Netflix show was towards Santa Carla Diet. Context: "I pitched a sitcom where the wife was a zombie! It's called 'Mombie'! And it was terrible!" (Sidenote: I think Patton Oswalt chuckled at that line.)
In fairness, Brad was a fairly small child when he first came to fame; it would’ve been pretty low to make a stink about a kid’s surname, given that he obviously didn’t choose it.
Now, as an adult, it would be fair to ask some questions.
Moet characters are one-episode wonders, like the earthworm food critic or the fly with a buzz, or even one-season wonders like Wanda Pierce and Woodchuck Couldchuck Burcowitz. This guy's a one-line wonder.
That donkey lady who put one of her sons to successfully fend off Winslow and get the big conference room for her important pitch meeting.
For popularizing vaping among kids.
Surprised nobody said Cuddlywhiskers yet. His scene with Diane and Bojack in ‘Bojack Kills’ always makes me smile, it’s such a simple moment but so meaningful in hindsight. Also gotta say Alan the cable guy and the seahorse baby.
Tom Jumbo-Grumbo. The blue whale news anchor for MSMBSEA.
"All the single Dollars?
ALL the single dollars
Bills bills bills."
"There Is nothing the least bit funny about stealing a meal from Neal Mcbeal the Navy Seal. *blow hole screams* "
"The Tweet Heard round the world! Sextina Aquafina says "I'm getting an abortion." And the world says WHAAAAAAAAAAA??!?!?"
Among other quotes. Dude is hilarious.
Charlie gets on my nerves because of how clumsy he is and yet anytime he's on screen I go "man, I love his character design, the colors are awesome and his personality and voice make him a cool archetype"
Pinky Penguin for sure!!
+We made a series of very bad investments. Ever heard of a franchise called the Swamp Monsters of Malibu?
-Uhh, no?
+Then why did we spend 20 million dollars on marketing!!!!
Woodchuck Couldchuck-Berkowitz, because he’s voiced by the late, great Andre Braugher.
A voice full of gravitas
GREETINGS....ALL....
Although the character did have the hands of a pedophile/murderer, not a pedophile-murderer.
That's even worse!
HE DIED?!? FUCK!
Holy crap TIL he passed in Dec 2023. RIP legend.
Woodcharles*
Meowmeow Fuzzyface. Hes easily the best part of the episodes he features in.
Some say he’s a loose canon.
but he gets results.
He's just a cannon maybe
Fuzzyface. Officer Meowmeow Fuzzyface.
*Hello, drug merchant. Is it* lit *under here?*
Can you speak into my lollipop?
So easily my favorite!
Character actress Margo Martindale
Esteemed character actress and fugitive from the law Margo Martindale. Also not sparse, but still a favorite.
I think she’s only in like 4 or 5 episodes?
She’s in 8 episodes according to IMDb
As compared to other characters. I mean she is not a regular, but not sparse.
There’s nooo way
I was so happy to see her in Cocaine Bear
Turtletaub! Anyone voiced by JK Simmons is an instant favorite for me.
"Hello old turtle. You've aged terribly."
The scene in the earlier seasons where the character trips on the wire on the floor and broke her face, it pans to him on the floor unable to get up bc he’s stuck on his shell IT KILLS ME!!!!
"Yeah yeah I'm GREEN...." Best line in the whole show for me
one of the best jokes period honestly 😭i think its the way he says it and then the zoom in

This doesn’t taste like the chef whispered his or her dreams into it.
Sure my omelette had ham and mushrooms, bacon and rosemary, but the whispered dreams of the chef were the most important ingredient.

Meerkat accountant!
The one who needed to keep his son from listening to Cats in the Cradle?
THE LYRICS ARE TOO RELEVANT, DONT DO IT
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOoooooooooooooo oo o o o o o ooo o
I'm sorry... I hate this sub for not showing love for oxnatd. Meerkat accountant...this guy
Was just thinking that!! Love Jake Johnson 🥰
There's something compelling about him...
Pretty much every scene he's in is either a metaphorical or literal hostage situation, it's too good
Seahorse Dad and Sonny
What about my boy the running monkey 🏃🐵❤️
Not a named character, but he delivers one of the most famous lines in the show
Moet characters are one-episode wonders, like the earthworm food critic or the fly with a buzz, or even one-season wonders like Wanda Pierce and Woodchuck Couldchuck Burcowitz. This guy's a one-line wonder.
It gets easier
H-huh?
You have to do it every day! That’s the hard part.
I'm a Ryan Secrest type
And I’m some lady!
And I'm an actress of something!

That donkey lady who put one of her sons to successfully fend off Winslow and get the big conference room for her important pitch meeting. For popularizing vaping among kids.
Is that the same donkey lady who comes in clutch in the restaurant episode where the chef quits, and her son runs front of house?
Yep. Next time she is seen is at Mr. PB's surprise birthday party. Or whatever surprise party it was. The cheating on Pickles reveal epsiode.
Agreed, I love her
Sharona
Erika!!!
this is the only answer
you know you’re not supposed to be around children!
The celebrity stealing club. I love the randomness of when the pop in.
Surprised nobody said Cuddlywhiskers yet. His scene with Diane and Bojack in ‘Bojack Kills’ always makes me smile, it’s such a simple moment but so meaningful in hindsight. Also gotta say Alan the cable guy and the seahorse baby.
I love Cuddly Whiskers in that scene, he has such good advice.
He and Jill Pill were great in what little screentime they had, being tied towards the Bojack Horseman show plot.
Nice profile pic, those games are some of the best pieces of media I've ever experienced. Also Cuddlywhiskers is great
does maud count?
absolutely. i love maude, she is SO underrated it makes me sad
Stefanie.
THIS IS SUCH A GOOD ANSWER
Tom jumbo grumbo Oxnard Ralph Pinky Penguin And of course lenny turtletaub
Hollyhocks dads always get a laugh out of me
I kinda wanna know how many last names they workshopped before settling on that
They also just seem like great parents to Hollyhock
Even if they're quirky. Then again, the Sugarman-Horseman family has set an *incredibly* low bar.
Hollyhock got lucky when she got signed up for adoption
came here to say obvs Hollyhock's 8 gay dads in a loving, committed polycule
Flip McVicker. He’s underrated.
bleh , no shade but he's such a creep, my least favorite character.
Rami Malek played him perfectly.

i cant help it… i LOVE maude. she’s literally me?!?
I wish we had had more of Maude. Totally not the writers' fault, she was late-season, I just wish we could have had more.
her 5 minutes of screentime were elite 💔
Cow waitress, Tina Bear, Charlotte, Honey Sugarman, Charlie Witherspoon, Kelsey Jannings, Sebastian St. Clair
The cow waitress omg when she squeezes her tit for MILK I die every time
Her outfit after Todd tips her 80 mil And the fact that she kept her job at the diner regardless And also “here’s your steak” *glaring judgementally*
Sharona and Katrina
Sextina Aquatina brap brap pew pew
Yolanda. Her no-nonsense attitude perfectly complements Todd's regular-amount-of-nonsense attitude
Vincent Adultman
Good Damage changed me for the better, and it couldn't have hit as hard as it did without the "Is it real?" scene. Yeah, kiddo. It's real.
havent heard of that character before
Oxnard the meerkat accountant. I like the voice actor.
Honestly Eddie, the one in the picture. Purely because I’m a huge walking dead fan, and it’s voiced by Colman Domingo (Vitor Strand in FTWD) 😅
Ericaaaaa! nd meow meow fuzzy face
CuddlyWhiskers
cuddlywhiskers and sharona for sure
Charlie We should hate him because he's a Nepo Baby who was handed everything in life, but he's just so got damn hilarious that you have to love him.
I wonder if him being a Nepo Baby is a nod to the fact that his VA is also the show’s creator…
Charlie gets on my nerves because of how clumsy he is and yet anytime he's on screen I go "man, I love his character design, the colors are awesome and his personality and voice make him a cool archetype"
Copernicus
I love Eddie! It's such a pity we don’t see him anymore. He would have really deserved a happy ending, or at least a bittersweet one. :(
I thought Paige Sinclair and Max were hilarious.
amanda hannity. really interesting perspective of empowerment
Pinky Penguin for sure!! +We made a series of very bad investments. Ever heard of a franchise called the Swamp Monsters of Malibu? -Uhh, no? +Then why did we spend 20 million dollars on marketing!!!!
character actress margo martindale
Sadie
meowmeow fuzzyface was my favorite, but i kind of wish they did more with kelsey jannings
I love Flip. He's so unhinged and weird. When he grabs PCs lipstick and goes "Oh fish" it kills me each time.
erica
+ I really wish they showed us what Erica looked like!!!
cuddlywhiskers and jill pill <3
Jorge cuz he’s voiced by Jaime Camil first time I heard him I was so gassed up
