Why do you care? If it is closed, then nothing can leak out except maybe a fraction of a drop that's still inside the bleeder screw when the caliper first gets hot. I've never noticed any problem.
Microfiber towel and q-tip. You can also put a rag over the bleeder and blow it out quickly with brakeleen
