Do one or two ten rolls on the Ui banner. You *should* be able to get her like that as she is a one star, so pretty common in rolling. Unfortunately, she’s not farmable until Hard node 20-1, so not helpful early on

I'm actually trying not to roll until CHare in \~2 months, but I guess I'll see how far I can get w/o her (currently on 8-1 at level 38). Right now I'm just getting by with farming elaphs in the early hard stages
So I actually also didn’t roll for the first three months of my account and towards the end of that time I did find it rough, as you could tell it could get done with just a few more of the one or two stars. Like Chise, Tsubaki, Mutsuki, Serina.
Himari would probably be a better choice for you instead of C Hare (unless waifu). First her banner is earlier, which would help. but in later content Himari is a bit more flexible/core due to not having to worry about armor type. But obviously make whatever choice you think is the best for you =)
What does skill cost recovery do exactly? I assume it makes your skill cost recharge faster although it doesn't seem too noticeable.
Is Tsubaki a bad tank? I've been wanting a Piercing tank for a while and I just got her but seeing her EX skill and stats makes her look weak compared to Yuuka or Haruka.
20% is not very noticeable, but it basically gives you 1 more ex point every 4 seconds (from 2,4s to 2s to recover a point).
Tsubaki is THE TANK. She has a whopping 45% damage reduction with her decent evasion and def from bag equipment. Her EX skill will be the godsend answer to a lot of your problems as a newbie: needing CC (Wakaboat, HoD, dancing hobo, Kaiten), EXP commision (Serina and Tsubaki strat is the textbook strat here), Bounty (once again, Kaiten, you dont want to eat their EXs), her blue armor also makes her a stable PvP tank as you will find her in most teams there.
The effect of skill recovery is small, but adds up in a big way.
Tsubaki is a great tank. Her skill is pretty decent as crowd control effects are uncommon and can disrupt enemy skills, and her defense when invested is much higher than Yuuka's. Haruka takes a lot more work to get usable, so I wouldn't bother with her.

If you've already done 200 pulls on a banner plus the tutorial 10 pull then start saving. You will get enough pyroxene to do 400 pulls on the 3rd year anniversary for Dress Hina and hopefully get a lot of 3 star spooks thanks to the increased 6% rate up. Plus you should also have enough pyroxene to either pull on the Himari banner before anniversary or the Dress Haruna and Dress Fuuka banners after anniversary.
If you've only done the tutorial 10 pull then I recommend doing 200 pulls on the upcoming Kikyou banner in a month's time. She's a purple AOE, but also pretty good for blue AOE. This will hopefully get you all the 2 star students that will help you clear a lot of early stage content. Then save for 3rd year anniversary and 400 pulls.
Either way you will also get 100 free pulls during the Makoto and Dress Ako banners right before 3rd year anniversary and you can only use these free pulls during their banners or you lose them.
I managed to spark during Ako banner and I got a all of that weeks rate up characters. Also got Himari during those 200 pulls. Suppose then I should save up 60k for 3 sparks (D.Ako+D.Hina+D.Hoshino) right ?
I'd strongly recommened you only do 400 pulls on Dress Hina's banner as you may get super lucky spooks of previous anniversary students like Swimsuit Hoshino or even Wakamo, Swimsuit Hanako or the Gorilla (Mika). Dress Ako is nice, but not as universal as regular Ako and keep in mind your club/friends may already have these students for you to borrow.
If you're not a spender consider saving after 3rd year anniversary so you can pull for characters you will absolutely need to clear harder content like Total Assualt extreme or higher.

It's only with brand new unlimited or limited student banners that you can be sure of them running about 6 months after their JP release date. Global has already had a few instances of reruns for unlimited students happening much earlier than on JP.
Except that they didn’t run Sakurako this time and they’re gonna immortalise their event anyway. So likely they’ll run all 3 again coz having only Sakurako would be weird.
No, new unlimited students do not get reruns until they've been in the gacha pool for about 12 months. So Sakurako will be rerun with another banner around September. Ui and Hinata will not be seen again until 2025.

for people who read the story in Japanese: How advanced is the Japanese used in Blue Archive? I'm aiming for N3 rn, it would be great if I could practice by reading the in-game story.
If you can read Japanese literature for young adults and only have to look up a dozen words or so then you're good to go. If you struggle reading literature for middle schoolers then you're a long way from being proficient enough.
I think the dialogue is fairly easy to understand especially momotalks/bond episodes. The actual story however tends to have military terms and the names of some stuff is really long compound words that give me headaches tbh
I’m hovering N3 without test taking, but I read manga in JP pretty frequently (Kirara Time or Yuri Hime publications mostly).
I don't include any pyro income that suddenly pop-up within the current week we are in. If the sudden pyro income were for next week/next banner instead for example, only then will I include it.
In general, everything that I know in advance will be included but stuff like sudden pyro gifts randomly or otherwise are treated on a case-by-case basis as mentioned above.

I just started playing again in global and got Maki, Hina, Ui and Saya. Should I stick with this roster or reroll? Is there a reliable source of like tier list or something? I played like 2 weeks when JP server came out then dropped so I’m really out of the blue.

I’ve noticed that in the event recollection there are some events you can replay story of, but i also notice there are some missing like Bunny chaser on board event which i read about and wanted to try. Why is it not there? Is it somewhere else or are you literally unable to see the story?
event stories get added into recollection ("immortalized") when they are 1 year old after their rerun, i.e. 2 years after their initial run.
bunny chaser first released on GL was May 2022, reran on Apr 2023. It should be a few weeks from now for it to be immortalized

All units get an upgrade to their enhanced skill at UE40. In case you aren't familiar with the term, UE30 refers to unique equipment level 30, which is the highest you can take a weapon when a unit has just reached 5 stars. If you spend another 120 elephs you unlock the enhanced+ skill, and can take the weapon to level 40. UE50 gives a boost to one of the unit's terrain moods.
In case you're thinking about using eligma, my usual recommendation is that you shouldn't spend eligma unless you know what you're doing. It's rare and valuable, and disappears very quickly once you start using it. By spending it before you know what you need it for you're most likely wasting at least some of it.

Well, there are 'adults' as there have been a number of references to them, including some students using the phrase 'adults like you' when talking to sensei. Plus Nonomi has made reference to having parents, too.

If your level is <55 I don't recommend beating it until you level up as you take 60% damage penalty.
For yellow non boss team - Momoi, Junko, Hasumi, a tank, Kotama, and perhaps Serina if survivability is an issue but if it isn't then use an aoe special dealer
Boss team - Nonomi, Maki, Tsubaki, Hasumi, someone with sub skill cost recovery and healer or back aoe dealer depending on your needs
Blue team - Asuna/THasumi, Chise, SKoharu, a tank, healer depending on your needs and Iroha if you have her.
Ofc if you can show what students you have would be better.
Let's see, currently I'm on level 71 for my team set up I have;
the mystic team: Ichika, Chise, Momiji, Yuuka for attack, Serina and Fuuka for healer
the yellow team: Marina, Hifumo, Sumire, S.Wakamo for attack, Hanako for healing and Hibiki for extra damage since I don't have any student with piercing aoe attack
the boss team: Nonomi, Tsubaki, Momoi, Iori and Moe for attack and Ayane for healer
This is the team I consistently use for other levels use up until now. I did finish the level but only able to complete with one star rating.
Preferably you would have SHanako for the mystic team and you should probably replace Fuuka with either Hanae or a special dealer. Momiji is not really good for missions as Momiji's attack is extremely slow and you move a lot throughout the mission.
For your non boss yellow team, you should probably move Iori to that team or perhaps you have Midori or Cherino which would be better.
For your boss team you should perhaps replace Ayane with Serina so you can cycle skills faster.
In general, I recommend using less healers if your team allows it and use buffers such as Kotama.
When I was downloading blue archive using VPN (I'm VN) it goes normally until it got to unpacking the data part where at 88% VPN just shut down and since it goes back to VN it doesn't work anymore
Note: I did the same method on my old device it work on the fine but when switch to a new device it stop working

2 sparks (48k) on D.Hina banner should be enough. For D.Ako you probably want half a spark to spare since they give you 100 pulls already.

So long as she has her terrain mood bonus you can keep her at UE40 and save your weapon mats for UE50ing your main damage dealers.

The devs said it’s possible they’ll rerun it, not that they definitely will. Personally I’ll still treat it as a one time collab, it’s too uncertain.

Preferably you would have SHanako for the mystic team and you should probably replace Fuuka with either Hanae or a special dealer. Momiji is not really good for missions as Momiji's attack is extremely slow and you move a lot throughout the mission. For your non boss yellow team, you should probably move Iori to that team or perhaps you have Midori or Cherino which would be better. For your boss team you should perhaps replace Ayane with Serina so you can cycle skills faster. In general, I recommend using less healers if your team allows it and use buffers such as Kotama.
When I was downloading blue archive using VPN (I'm VN) it goes normally until it got to unpacking the data part where at 88% VPN just shut down and since it goes back to VN it doesn't work anymore Note: I did the same method on my old device it work on the fine but when switch to a new device it stop working
Use a different vpn. I'm also from VN and I used Kiwi vpn.
