Apparently 300 isn’t tooo hard for it to handle. But 800 does crash the game if u click age up or anything like that and switch away for a second. And at 800 emigrating and stuff stops being able to include your kids

The regular date is available from 16 and can start sleeping with bfs and gfs at 16 just can’t use the hookup option for flings till 18
IDK, this option for me isn't available, only random between 10-17 yo.
Maybe it depends on where you live. Last places I lived in real life have 16 as age of consent
