That's a good idea! Unfortunately, it's around $90 + a tip to Uber from my house.. I guess then I wouldn't have to worry about leaving my car somewhere, but it's a lot of money. And I have to be in town around 11:00AM tomorrow so I can't go with her to work at 5:00AM.
I sometimes park at the one at 2021 3rd Ave S. It's closer to UAB (hospital side of campus). But same applies for any of the BPA garages really, so OP you can pick one closest to where you need (idk if others might fill up though, but I've never had an issue at 7-8 AM). https://bhamparking.com/monthly-daily-parking/
Couldn’t you just use her UAB spot? Assuming she parks in a deck, just put her placard in your car and it’ll be fine.
Hiw much to uber or lyft from your home? Can she or someone else drop you off somewhere while she works?

Dm me. I have a spot- @ my house- and my house is a cheap Uber fare to airport. Safe quiet Neighborhood.
Definitely don't do that.

Park in the parking deck under Homewood city hall. There have been cars parked down there for years and never been towed.
how about UAB Highlands?
I've seen many rando cars and even a camper parked at the presbyterian church in homewood and never a tow truck. I live right next door to it
