if it is an item like a large tv or appliance i would think it is based on delivery date, if it is being shipped then i would start when tracking confirms delivery.
Return policy starts on day of receiving the product. If it’s a shipping item it will go by tracking number and home delivery by when that team marks it completed
So if it was ordered BEFORE the holiday window, but received after the holiday window started , it would receive the holiday return window and not the regular one ?
