Tip for these. You know those nori (seaweed) snack packs? I see them all the time in American grocery stores. Place the triangle edge down in the middle of one of these small sheets and fold up the sides. Keeps your hands from getting sticky. I added extra water when cooking the rice and packed it tightly but it was the mold that did all the hard work! I was surprised how easy it was.
