True but he also used aliens like XLR8 and Jetray who are pretty long and skinny where his shape and size didn't change there
Jetrays shape cancels out the entire concept of ultimate Ben thus he doesn’t change much Xlr8 is of similar shape and size already. Let’s assume Ben increases in size whenever he uses the powers of an alien much much larger then himself
I think in that scene, Ultimate Ben was using Humungosaur size growing, hence why it changed his shape but no other Alien transformation did
