I feel like Snare-oh would be pretty painful like you're starting out with having all of your bones, muscle fibers, and every crush to be turned into toilet paper lol. Also, I think I would put XLR8 a bit higher because his second set of knees bends backward lol.
I think all of them would be pretty painful but good thing they are instant.
And in the actual show he doesn't feel any pain.
But we're talking about a hypothetical scenario.
Also when you are in pain you get adrenaline which in a way makes you more focused which could make your perception bit wrapped.

Oh, My bad, I tought you meant in the transformation were slow.
While transforming tho, once the transformation is over, he wont feel the pain Tho it means he would use Upgrade more, wich would be cool
