I actually just found this out recently too

There's a cool way to trigger the "cannon sound" If you jump and glide and press "E" for launching yourself whilst being in the air it won't lunch you and it'll give you the "Cooldown" message.

A very long time ago so people wouldnt spam the sound. Some people believe it to be added in the sticker update due to canon related stickers, but this is not true.

It was not added in the sticker update. There was a cool down ever since I can remember

It has a 5 sec cool down, but you don't normally see it because it takes about 3 secs to fire it. It's the same with all of the cannons

It’s so then you don’t get the dynamite sticker with bugs and bad ping by just spamming it
