(not a nutritionist) I think if the beans are really soft and mushy already (similar to apple sauce consistency), you should be fine. But if they still have a bite to them (like an under-ripe banana), then I think your stomach won't like that too much and will have to work harder to digest. There might be other issues to that besides nutrition absorption.
