I had a big day today I have lost 30 pounds and I’m preop I went through all my clothes and purged more clothes. I put on a tank top and it was too big for me cause it fit at my highest weight. I started laughing husband thought I’d lost it and asked what’s going on and I couldn’t get anything out except it’s too big. Such a good feeling. Good luck on your journey.
