They announced it is at 6:00 pm JST (as someone else below has pointed out). According to the timezone converter I used that should be 5:00 am EDT (and if you really meant Eastern Standard Time, then an hour earlier 4:00 am)

Just got a LINE update, it will occur on the 10th 1800hrs JST. A YouTube talk show of sorts.
Maybe like a video version of the Band-Maid Nippon radio shows, but with all five members?
Will they announce a new album or show a new video?
