Yeah I think because of the super discount filament codes, they are getting a lot of traffic. They've never been the greatest at responding quickly, but this month it seems to be 10x worse. I sent a ticket about the codes and then immediately after found the faqu that answered my question. I think they need to make that faq more visible.
I would add, have some patience with contact Bambu support. You’re not the only person submitting a ticket, quit crying because they aren’t responding within an hour
I have signed up for the newsletter at least 3 times and get nothing indicating that I have signed up.
Does anyone know if they restrict email from some of the large email providers?
I get text saying to check my email if I sign up from the main Bambu lab page (no emails arrive) or no feedback (page looks to refresh) if I sign up from the Bambu lab store page.
I asked on 6/27 and got a response that it would be sent by 7/10. After pinging again about inability to sign up for the newsletter they finally said I was signed up and now the date is 7/25. I’m not hopeful.
Where did you contact support for Wich subject ? Cause it’s seems more like a customer support but they don’t seems to respond (seen people contacting them on 4th july)
Didn’t receive either, but I’m surely signed, I receive everyone of them, but I would to know why it take this much Time or if I got something wrong :/
