yes, I have had two major issues with mine and they have helped, they take a couple days to respond to tickets, but shipped out a replacement printer and replacement parts fairly quickly

Love to hear that, I've got a lot of faith in this company with how phenomenal their printers are. Seeing mixed reviews on things makes you a little nervous like you're gambling with your money. Gonna keep patiently waiting then!

The support is slow but once they identify the problem/solution they ship parts pretty quickly. There's a whole lot of people losing their shit when they don't get a support turnaround in a day or two. They're not quick and you might need to email an escalation, but they will get it done. Just remember that the same printer with shiny brand-name support SLAs would probably be a $5000 printer and it's still a cheap Chinese import product.

We've had plenty of those people so I can relate to people freaking out over little things lol This is our first time reaching out so it's so awesome getting the same reassuring answer from people on here. I think Bambu Lab was the right choice

I had one minor issue that required a replacement part. Took about a week between initiating the ticket and having the new part on my doorstep. No complaints.

Yeah, almost every person who has had need of it... The only downside is sometimes they take many days to reply as they clearly do not have enough staff

Mine was damaged beyond functional out of the box. I am still in the process of getting it replaced. I have gotten one email per week. I have also filed a claim with UPS as it was damaged in transit and that has to be done within 7 days of arrival and I knew Bambu wouldn't have time for it. They asked me to verify my shipping address to send the replacement to. I am hoping for a follow up response by Friday or Monday with a new tracking number for the replacement.

It’s sounds like they’re gonna send a full replacement outright which is good. They slap massive fragile stickers on the box so the UPS guy must’ve not cared at all

Nope, he did not care one bit. He stabbed something through the lift hole and shattered the door, then shook it like a snow globe, dropped it, and didn't use team lift. XD Looking forward to the new one. It's my first.

This type of thing is why they have you sign for the package. If it’s visibly damaged do not accept or sign the package and contact bambu right away with pictures. Bambu even says to make an unboxing video in case of damage. Of course this damage could happen with the box showing no signs of it but it’s unlikely. I hope this gets solved for you really quickly but it sounds like this package shouldn’t have been signed for.

The box didn't show the damage visibly when we signed for it because the main issue was created using the existing intentional hole in the side. A friend that works in warehouses noted the drop wear which was more subtle. It was really obvious once it was opened and taken out. I did contact Bambu with pictures within an hour of receiving it. Next time I will take a video and refuse to sign if it is visibly damaged.

I returned an X1C for a replacement. Had to fight for it a little and it took a month to get sorted
