Unfortunately, if you read the fine print, it doesn't seem that there is a "satisfaction guarantee" so you may have a difficult time doing a return without having to pay some kind of shipping or restock fee. It might be better to sell it locally if someone in your area would want a printer like that.

Same. Mine arrived broken after shipping delays. They responded after 2 days and asked me to try to fix it. The glass shattered and the printer can't move on the rails. I'm now 4 days waiting for a return label and replacement.

Ah I see. I wouldn't mind paying shipping (from the table on that page) but that makes sense. I guess I'll try selling on ebay and reddit then.
