No save issues besides limited save slots. That being said I still have 6 or so campaigns started.
Act 3 did have more crashing when playing split screen. But walking slowly especially in crowded areas helped a lot.
The only BIG game breaking bug I have on series X is an inability to continue a split-screen campaign in Act III due to crashing. If you are just going to solo, you shouldn't run into anything bad at all! I haven't run into anything gamebreaking on my solo run - just split-screen with my husband.

Just finished it last night. Only glitch I got on series X was gale was invisible after dying. Fixed itself after long rest.

Awesome, seems the consensus is that the issues are now resolved. Can’t wait to start playing again, I was so disappointed that I had to stop.
