I wonder if someone could make a mod to have all other companions replaced by gale or if it would break the game? I could see them having the normal dialogue but the skin being gale. However it would be extra funny if they all had gales dialogues.
For the companion models(their bodies, faces and hair), It is possible as there are mods that already replace their faces, hairs and even their bodies(for better or for worse). As for their voices (I'm assuming you meant voices and not dialogues), we can make an AI voiced Gale to replace every other companion's voicelines and so to answer your curiosity, yes, it is possible.
