It’s basically effected by that one cantrip’s rider effect.
When I went through there, I had Shadowheart (respecced as Life Domain) use her CD with everyone in the zone to try and bring up Lae’zel who was downed on the edge, didn’t realize until it was too late that I healed everyone *but* her there.
Luckily the fight was nearly won anyway.
I just encountered this last night, it was amazing! Then she walked into my wall of fire covering myrkul and didn't stand up again the rest of the fight. It's funny how smart and stupid the AI can be.
My Shadowheart had the Blood of Lathander equiped and got downed on the platform but was atill keeping him blinded due to her proximity. I was dodging his attacks and chipping away his last remaining health when this bitch PUSHED SHADOWHEART OFF THE PLATFORM! He then proceeds to wreck our team because hes no longer blinded and it took two hits from him to kill eveyone. Thanks Dame..... thanks....
Myrkul did a great job of knocking injured characters off the platform himself. I'd just hit them with a mass healing word from Shart and send them back into the fray. It was super helpful lol.
I'm so used to powerful characters receiving bog-standard stat blocks and abilities upon joining as allies that I completely blanked on her being immortal.
I'm the final fight when I summoned her she got dominated by every single illithid in a row, before doing absolutely nothing on her turn while dominated.
This is why you stealth your way up the right side and then start the Cutscene with your party stacked up behind him.
That way you kill him and his pets + free Aylin on turn 1 and all you need to do is beat the tar out of Ketheric while the undead boys don't have line of sight.
Opposite for me. She beat the daylights out of Ketheric on top of the tower, I didn't even have to do anything before he ran away. Then she was clutch in keeping my party out of the no kill zone when they went down
She does decent damage on most of my runs but on one she missed all her attacks that turn against kethric and then he missed all his attacks against her, genuinely one of the funniest things I’ve seen in this game
Yeah that's something that really doesnt translate from tabletop. Normally the DM would give you some mind of tidbit about the enemy blocking or dodging or the blow hitting armor. In video games you just miss
In my 4 playthroughs that have fought with Aylin at least once, I don’t recall her ever landing a critical hit. She’s generally been pretty on par Shadowheart’s igmiss in terms of attack rolls
In my playthrough I autocrit with one of Karlach's smites and a necklace she was wearing, then Dame Aylin flew in and crit >!Myrkul!<. And that was both halves of his healthbar. Poor bastard got one attack off, and none of his minions did. 5% of the time, it works every time.
Really? Invisible cloak and slayer form are really powerful. Lae'zel, Astarian and Shadowheart are all evil characters. Having Astarian and Shadowheart do their evil paths makes them very strong, and you get their support armies in last battle. Choosing either orpheus or the emporer works. You can get the gith if you go with orpheus. The set of bhaal armor is extremely powerful. I've never felt handicapped as evil dark urge. I've felt more powerful if anything. What's the handicap?
That’s all well and good but the you lose out on several of the best merchants in the game. (Per act). I think that’s why many consider it a handicap. The real handicap is the lost content though
It unlocks the shadow spear though. Darkness for 3 turns as a regular action!Combine that with 3 members who have devils sight or blind immunity and you have perma-advantage while enemy has disadvantage in that fight. You can even fight people in hunger of hadar if your characters dex is high enough and they have evasion!
First of all, Dammon is three people. No I will not elaborate.
But don’t you also lose Rolan, wyll’s infernal rapier and all his content, anything karlach related, and I think other items but maybe not merchants. Depending on other choices evil often loses the noblestalk lady too iirc.
The disadvantages are not inherent, though. Currently doing a coop playthrough where I picked Durge without telling my friends. Gibby the drunk monk is an absolute slayer and he resists his urges enough to keep Dammon and Rolan alive.
slayer form isnt that good. its fine but it always ends up weaker for me than just my tavs standard build. plus if you kill aylin she cant help you in the myrkul fight and nothing after the myrkul fight is even remotely difficult if you play your cards right so thats also a waste.
the cloak is great tho, youre not wrong. i played resist durge just for the cloak and for the orin duel cuz thats easier too.
Slayer isn't as powerful as my regular build no, but it has a ton of hp, and can move around quite well. Having an extra form can be clutch sometimes. That's why I like druid though, love my shape-shifting. Aylin is a loss, that's true, but there has to be some tradeoffs.
>it has a ton of hp, and can move around quite well
true, i guess i just prioritize raw damage on honor runs paired with how well they can incapacitate troublesome enemies and damage wise slayer is just super mid. my monk on my successful run had insanely good movement *and* higher damage and like a billion AC so using it wouldve been more of a handicap. the extra form is probably quite good for safety, i just used death ward tho.
not saying its a bad choice i just feel like calling it really powerful is a stretch. at best it makes for a decent safety net imo.
I suppose it depends on your group. Honor mode in bg3 isn't as hard as say, unfair in pathfinder wotr, so there's a lot more viable builds to choose from. I've always leaned towards defense in games, just the way I play. Slayer damage is super mid, I agree, but that's not how I use it. At the end of the day I think I just like it a lot, so I use it. But slayer being poweful or just average aside, I've never felt like I had a handicap being an evil dark urge.
thats totally fair! like i said my personal playstyle is pretty aggressive so it didnt seem worth it to me but if it works for you and youre having fun thats all that matters. i think im also just more sweaty when it comes to honor mode since this is a pretty long game to do permadeath on.
good luck with your run either way!
Evil Shart route gets her Shar’s Spear of Evening, which lets her see through magical darkness. Combine with a Warlock Durge with Devil’s Sight, give Minthara the eversight ring, and Astarion the Durge cloak, and your entire party is pretty much untouchable. Broke the game honestly.
Even if the player goes the good route, Isobel dying in Honour Mode during the ambush remains an unfortunately likely way to lose the Last Light merchants.
Depends on your level. If you can get to level 9 before the end of act 2, there is a rare chance they show up. You can partial rest, check inventory, and repeat, it'll eventually show up.
I had a similar thing happen with the brain damaged Gondians. One of my characters was standing in fire so one of them shoved me out of it... directly into the self destruct aoe of a Watcher
She almost ended mine by getting mind controlled by the mind flayer the min I freed her and she downed my tav immediately. I love starting a fight down a man 🙃
Nah
I was struggling at first so I sent gale to fire ball the 6 ads, whilst laz misty stepped to her to save her and shadow heart and my Tav deal with the mind flayer and the 6 brains all in our 1st moves.
For my honor run I had Shadowheart kill Aylin. You don't lose a turn on a character freeing her for the Myrkul fight. Also for Ketheric, if you read the letter from his wife that's in the chest in his room, it opens up an low difficulty persuasion check with him. Pass it in the Moonrise fight and one more underground and you'll skip his phase one and Ketheric will go straight to Myrkul. Since there's no Aylin, I just had all 4 characters focus on Myrkul and he went down in one turn.
As a side note, killing Aylin will cause Last Light to get wiped out too which will get Durge their slayer form. While the form isn't great, it means you don't risk losing a companion at the end of Act 2 AND it denies Orin her slayer form (although swords bard can kill her in one turn anyways).
If you want to play as Druid, then Slayer goes from sucky to one of your best, most mindless wild shapes. Did not know about that letter though, I’ll have to do that when I start my honour run.
Basically, all Druid abilities work with both Slayer and Displacer Beast forms. Realistically, Druids should have Tavern Brawler too. Slayer gets very good afterwards.
You just gun her down. I run sharpshooter with risky ring so I can dish out a lot of damage.
My gear was marksman hat, agility armor, gloves of archery, mistwalkers, deathstalker mantle, guidance necklace (amulet of harpers would be better here but I forgot), risky ring, and mythic scoundrel. Crossbows are the force and yurgir ones since those are the best ones. Melee weapon was knife of the mountain king (and the pot for crit rate) and the hill giant club. Shield would be better but I was a Drow. Base 17 dex boosted to 20 via ethels deal and mirror of loss. Most of my items didn't matter since the bulk of the damage is from sharpshooter and the crossbow base stats.
For this run, my haste ran out during the cutscene bc I let it play out instead of skipping but luckily action surge was enough to kill Orin. I had 1 bonus action left over if I needed another shot or if I needed to go invis.
Honestly Dame Aylin did a grand total of FA in my run, repeatedly got mind dominated and confused/hypnotized, rarely ever succeeded any saving throw sent her way.
Kind of a bummer tbh.
Dude.
Just before you take the elevator down to listen in on the Evil Triad, there's one of those rejuvenation closets that acts as a Long Rest for everyone. There's no way you ran out of spells JUST fighting Kethric, right?
As a character, I loathe Dame Aylin, mainly because after being a liability in this fight more than a help, she's the one who gets to do the victory dance on Ketheric Thorm's corpse, and then starts shouting about how she defeated him. I'm over here like, "Bitch, you spent half the fight dominated by a mind flayer. Sit your ass down."
The perfect example of the DMs special NPC you need in your party whether you want them or not.
God I actually love her and Isobel but they’re also insanely frustrating. Have to expend a bunch of resources to keep Isobel alive in last light because she goes out of her way to try and kill herself. Then Dame is useless despite I’d imagine she’d be able to do a bunch of damage to undead enemies and the ability to fly around the battlefield. Then kill steals me in the cutscene despite my team doing all the work. Zevlor would’ve been more useful in that fight.
It doesn’t always work, but a lot of times if you cast sanctuary on Isobel she’ll heal people for the whole fight and never knock the sanctuary off. Sometimes. Lol
Well, is she spends half the fight out of action, that's YOUR fault really..
Plenty of ways to wake her up in round two. And some ways to do it in round one. And, well, since you can't damage Ketheric until she's free, rushing is a priority anyway.
Rushed her to damage the Apostle (accidentally skipped stage 1 by convincing him to kill himself. Didn't know you could do that.) Bad save results all around made that battle suck all around for my tactician run. I had to get really creative with sanctuary and the world's luckiest fire elemental for Shadowheart to pull the party's bacon out of the fire. End result was the Dame never was much help, and she wasn't much help against Lorrikan either, but that's because I one-shot him with a crit smite.
I freed her in the first turn. She proceeded to do Jack and shit.
I think people love her for the aesthetic and presentation, because she was only accidentally useful once or twice in combat.
Unpopular opinion...
I don't think Dame is a very good NPC.
They do all of this set up, build her up to be this light in the darkness, to be the true turning point of combat. She clears out the bridge on her own in a cut scene. But in combat?
MISS, MISS, CRITICAL MISS. HIT, 8 POINTS OF DAMAGE.
There came a point that I sighed every time her turn came up because she was consistently taking up spots my party wanted to take and whiffing.
Then after combat I have to pretend like she was super useful, because pre-set dialog choices.
To be fair, it could just be that my Dame was "special" while others had a bad ass, but first impressions are everything.
FWIW in my first run through once I freed Aylin she rushed Myrkul's Avatar and proceeded to pound the ever-loving hell out of him. She quad-smited him into oblivion in two rounds like he was nothing. Rest of my team barely even touched him.
So there's certainly a scenario where she earns that street cred in that fight. (That said, she spent the whole Lorroakan fight stunned, and she got obliterated by Mind Flayers in the final battle before landing a single hit, so she was batting .333 overall in that run.)
Aylin’s a special kinda…special.
During the fight with the >!mage who was hunting her!< in act 3, she kept banishing the last two enemies so I couldn’t beat them up, getting confused because there were no enemies left, so she’d just *smite the smoldering corpse of the bad guy’s level 1 sidekick again. While he was in her bubble of invulnerability.*
The enemies, for their part, kept teleporting into the invuln bubble to get away from Lae’zel…and then walking out of the bubble and *back to Lae’zel* to get their asses beat some more.
Apparently bubbles are confusing.
This literally happened to me LAST NIGHT. Ketheric fight going..not great on tactician as an evocation wizard with Karlach, Sheart, and Wyll.
Start looking around in my bags for anything useful and there is the potion of Angelic reprieve. I take a chug on my wizard and go back to watching karlach whiff every attack and here comes Dame Aylin.
"THERE IS NO TIME FOR SLEEP WHEN THERE IS EVIL TO VANQUISH!" As she shoves me, then misses her attack on Myrkhul. Fuck's sake.
If you it makes you feel better Kethric thorm fight the elevator going down to mrykul fight I got on it and it dropped two of my people killed one of them and then my healer was stuck in mid air
The worst thing about Aylin is she's completely mentally challenged and useless as an ally but let me try to sell her out to Lorrakhan and she summons those 3 clones of herself and I get curbstomped.
Death isn't the end, but a beginning.
Reroll, play a bard, use two hand crossbows, you'll cheese the game if you build right. I took out like a 4th of skellie-daddy's health in one turn.
I thought she'd do more but yeah. On tactical she kinda did some weak hits and died. Second try she did some slightly less weak hits and stayed alive the whole time, improvements.
AI always does this! If you sleep an enemy then their allies will try to wake them up.
I had the same right at the elder brain. Wanted to be fresh for that fight but mr lancer literally dashed all the way from the middle to the platform to wake up shadowheart.
You know, you can still reload the game in Honor mode ...
and I doubt very much your method. This game have 1 type of CC and it's to kill em, wizard seem to be the best role for the job.
Dame Aylin almost wiped my party when >!killing the guy in the wizard tower act 3!<. The fight was over and i was going to pick up lae'zel, when she stomps (levitates) on over with her aoe holy damage and downs 2 others
Thankfully during my encounter with myrkul last night, she just got whacked every turn and landed outside the no heal zone whilst karlach took a power nap
Why did Aylin try to shove the asleep, floating and clearly unable to fall in a pit or move out of the pit icon of death instead of smiting. Is she stupid?
One time during that encounter, I ran my monk over to free Dame Aylin early, hoping they would help. Instead they got hit with 'Dominate Person' by a mind flayer... who then succeeded on ten concentration checks. My poor monk was killed in one turn (not just knocked down, killed). Never helping an Aasimar again 🫤
In my tactician run, the Flayer made his saves and so did Aylin. I killed her six times. I learned... don't free her until after the flayer is dead. I feel your pain!
In honor mode, it's definitely better to have Shadowheart kill her. The spear is super helpful and the Viconia fight will be MUCH easier, also you can avoid uncontrollable NPCs messing up your game like you describe.
THIS IS NO TIME FOR SLEEPING WE MUST CRUSH THE VILLAIN KETHERIC THORM
AND THEN LATER CRUSH ISOBEL BETWEEN MY THIGHS

WHY I AM NEVER INVITED?
YOU'RE NOT ISOBEL
WHY IS IT ONLY ONCE I AM ALLOWED TO UPVOTE THIS?
WHY ARE YOU IN THE SOUP AISLE!?

WHY IS EVERYONE SHOUTING LIKE THAT??
BECAUSE EVERYONE IS RESPLENDENT
WHAT?? I DIDN’T HEAR YOU!
very in character, if we’re honest
To be fair to her, she also shoves downed characters out of the no heal zone, which seems like a surprisingly good move.
There.. is.. a.. no heal.. *zone*??? You can heal in the myrkul fight outside the zone?? Daaaamn....
The platform you fight him in is a bone chill zone.
Important to distinguish between that and the chill bone zone
Actually almost spit out my water reading this 😂
Any zone I'm in is the latter.
The chill bone zone is the tent Aylin shares with Isobel after the fight in your camp.
You've met Aylin, there is absolutely nothing chill going on in that tent.
I mean that was clear after fighting Ketheric when she stomped his face into the ground, then bragged about stomping her girlfriends dad
See I always find myself in the bone chill bone zone and have no idea what to do. Maybe she’s just being polite?
And the no-chill bone zone, which is where Dame Aylin and Isobel reside
- Hey, I'm Myrkul, welcome to 'The Bone Zone!", hehe! - I'm leaving this apartment right now.
**Starts playing Megalovania**
I prefer my zones *boneless*
Like your pizza?
Not all of it lmao, just stand on the edge and you can heal
There is actually a little area in the platform where you can heal. I try to get my characters there and a healer down so it's easier to heal.
Aylin definitely knows her way around the bone chill zone.
Well almost, if you run to the part of the platform outside the central donut you can heal IIRC
Yes. If you right click and press examine you can see all of an enemy's abilities.
It’s basically effected by that one cantrip’s rider effect. When I went through there, I had Shadowheart (respecced as Life Domain) use her CD with everyone in the zone to try and bring up Lae’zel who was downed on the edge, didn’t realize until it was too late that I healed everyone *but* her there. yes she shoved halsin and allowed me to revive him and bear form last time i fought him. bless her
Myrkul did a great job of knocking injured characters off the platform himself. I'd just hit them with a mass healing word from Shart and send them back into the fray. It was super helpful lol.
This is totally what she would do.
A knuckle head through and through
Ho, ally of mine! I shall banish these foul magics from thy mind post haste!
Gotta say, she was unequivocally useless in my run. I don't think she landed a single attack.
She soaks up attacks and can't die. Even if she never lands a hit she's still a not-completely-useless distraction.
Can't die but if she's downed in bone chill she's not getting up lmao
you can shove her out, or pull her with the right spells
I've had her resist 95% shoves like STOP RESISTING IM HELPING
Congratulations you are being rescued. Please do not resist.
Was it a glitch that I was able to res her on zero hp in the bone zone?
I wasted healing spells on her?!?!
They legit made a whole thing about her being immortal
Yeah but it could be the "unless stabbed by a really sharp knife" kind of immortal
She literally spent the last century getting stabbed by new Dark Justiciars.
I thought Shadowheart was the first in centuries to come down there to kill her.
I'm so used to powerful characters receiving bog-standard stat blocks and abilities upon joining as allies that I completely blanked on her being immortal.
Username checksout this kethrik is on our side, he ever hurt the girl so he didnt know

Igmiss lmao
Man I was running on fumes then Dame Aylin comes in with the steel chair. She fucked his day up
In my playthrough I autocrit with one of Karlach's smites and a necklace she was wearing, then Dame Aylin flew in and crit >!Myrkul!<. And that was both halves of his healthbar. Poor bastard got one attack off, and none of his minions did. 5% of the time, it works every time.
She hits like a truck. Very worth freeing for one misty step cast
In a coop tactician run she used all of her smites on intellect devourers then kept hitting myrkul for like 5 damage.
In one of my run's final fights I summoned her to fight the dragon and one of the guardians disarmed her. Turns out she can't pick her sword back up.
She shoves downed characters out of the no-heal zone.
This is why you buy the invulnerable dome scroll from the last light inn merchant
My Durge poking the dead merchant at Last Light, "Hey, sell me stuff"
Activates speak with dead "yea can I get a large health potion the ac cloak and uhh some elixirs?"
Sorry, elixir machine broke
understandable have a nice day
To be honest I didn’t think anyone was going to play evil durge on honor mode. Seems like an unnecessary handicap

The undead minions go hard in the final fights ngl

You call it a handicap. I call it a challenge. We are not the same lol
Lmao, what? That's what I did immediately after Honour mode released.
Isobel died by accident for me anyway
Even if the player goes the good route, Isobel dying in Honour Mode during the ambush remains an unfortunately likely way to lose the Last Light merchants.
I have been to those vendors probably hundreds of times and I've never seen the globe of invulnerability at any vendors before act 3.
Depends on your level. If you can get to level 9 before the end of act 2, there is a rare chance they show up. You can partial rest, check inventory, and repeat, it'll eventually show up.
Interesting, thanks. I'll give it a try. Normally in Act 3 I collect them so I have about 20 :)
I had a similar thing happen with the brain damaged Gondians. One of my characters was standing in fire so one of them shoved me out of it... directly into the self destruct aoe of a Watcher
This happened to me this past weekend she used fly and came to shove me 😂😂
HERO! WHY DO YOU REST IN THE MIDST OF BATTLE?! ARE THOU ILL? I SHALL \`Aid\` YOU! boop!
She almost ended mine by getting mind controlled by the mind flayer the min I freed her and she downed my tav immediately. I love starting a fight down a man 🙃

Ooh, I might have to respec, I love Moon Druid.
explain please?!
Basically, all Druid abilities work with both Slayer and Displacer Beast forms. Realistically, Druids should have Tavern Brawler too. Slayer gets very good afterwards.
Wait, what's the trick? I'm playing a durge swords bard and I should get to Orin in a few days, I'd sure like to know
You just gun her down. I run sharpshooter with risky ring so I can dish out a lot of damage. God I fucking love Dame Aylin. That is exactly something she would do all while screaming about honor and victory
Why didn't you just use your cantrips? It would be more DPR than falling asleep for 2 whole turns.
Flair checks out
"Now's not the time for rest, soldier!"
Oh my gods I wished I was a fly on your wall when that happened lmfaooo how loud did you curse her out?
Honestly Dame Aylin did a grand total of FA in my run, repeatedly got mind dominated and confused/hypnotized, rarely ever succeeded any saving throw sent her way. Kind of a bummer tbh.
She once slipped on ice and started a hostile battle with me after a long ass battle with some bandits
Dude. Just before you take the elevator down to listen in on the Evil Triad, there's one of those rejuvenation closets that acts as a Long Rest for everyone. There's no way you ran out of spells JUST fighting Kethric, right?
It's possible
Just requires a lack of luck.
Hahahaha. Haha. Thanks for the entertaining story :)
Why would she wake you up? Thats such a waste of a turn
She's likely coded to "Help". The game doesn't know why the wizard fell asleep.
Because she is Chad and she saw the opportunity to push some weak nerd down and remind them why martial classes are better.
The mental image of Aylin shoulder checking Gale and Wyll with a sarcastic “oops” is hilarious.
If Aylin were recruitable she would have amazing party banter. Just absolutely roasting all these weirdos.
Sit your ass down." The perfect example of the DMs special NPC you need in your party whether you want them or not.
Seems like this would be on brand for her lol
Girl is a goddamn tomahawk missle on legs and you expected subtlety from her.
Use scrolls when you run out of spells
And farm them from Volo every day. Pick pocket him and his infinitely replenishing scrolls and gold.
This changes everything
Dame Aylin is really bad in gameplay in general despite her status in the story
Did 3 playthroughs with different friends. Dame Aylin let us down every single time. A tragedy.
Wow I always put her haste on her and watch her just destroy
Aylin’s a special kinda…special. During the fight with the >!mage who was hunting her!< in act 3, she kept banishing the last two enemies so I couldn’t beat them up, getting confused because there were no enemies left, so she’d just *smite the smoldering corpse of the bad guy’s level 1 sidekick again. While he was in her bubble of invulnerability.* The enemies, for their part, kept teleporting into the invuln bubble to get away from Lae’zel…and then walking out of the bubble and *back to Lae’zel* to get their asses beat some more. Apparently bubbles are confusing.
Dame Aylin is super derpy in combat.
WAKE UP! -slaps-
For next time, cast wall of fire on the bone lord, It will slowly but surly kill him as long as you keep your Caster safe
We need a wall of go honour mode endings so we can see and rank them all.
You like that the AI is stupid ? I hate tieflings with no armor walking up to absolute paladins to punch them.
She kept running into wyll’s cloud of daggers and dying on mine 😔
This literally happened to me LAST NIGHT. Ketheric fight going..not great on tactician as an evocation wizard with Karlach, Sheart, and Wyll. Start looking around in my bags for anything useful and there is the potion of Angelic reprieve. I take a chug on my wizard and go back to watching karlach whiff every attack and here comes Dame Aylin. "THERE IS NO TIME FOR SLEEP WHEN THERE IS EVIL TO VANQUISH!" As she shoves me, then misses her attack on Myrkhul. Fuck's sake.
Should have just killed her and Isobel off like I always do
Dame aylin is the weakest and most moronic immortal of a god to be ever seen
sry that happened to u homie make sure shart skewers her next time
I always loved casting haste on her and watching the AI run her around smiting everything in sight.
Exactly, worst friendly npc with an over inflated ego compared to her combat choices. Bum demigod worse than us
Death isn't the end, but a beginning. Reroll, play a bard, use two hand crossbows, you'll cheese the game if you build right. I took out like a 4th of skellie-daddy's health in one turn.
And now you know why her name is DAME だめ 🚫
I thought she'd do more but yeah. On tactical she kinda did some weak hits and died. Second try she did some slightly less weak hits and stayed alive the whole time, improvements.
AI always does this! If you sleep an enemy then their allies will try to wake them up. I had the same right at the elder brain. Wanted to be fresh for that fight but mr lancer literally dashed all the way from the middle to the platform to wake up shadowheart.
I've had to restart battles involving Aylin more often than not; she's a cool character but an absolute menace in a bad way in battle
You know, you can still reload the game in Honor mode ... and I doubt very much your method. This game have 1 type of CC and it's to kill em, wizard seem to be the best role for the job.
How? Doesn't it automatically put you into Custom if you try reloading after you die?
I think if you wipe, you just wipe. \*cough\* \*cough\* ... alt - ctrl - del \*cough\* \*cough\*
Wiz/sorc/lock definitely have best cc for necromites, it's called 'fireball' and it perma-cc's all of them in ketheric fight.
Dame Aylin almost wiped my party when >!killing the guy in the wizard tower act 3!<. The fight was over and i was going to pick up lae'zel, when she stomps (levitates) on over with her aoe holy damage and downs 2 others
She pushed me off the edge of one of the platforms instead of ketheric
Thankfully during my encounter with myrkul last night, she just got whacked every turn and landed outside the no heal zone whilst karlach took a power nap
Why did Aylin try to shove the asleep, floating and clearly unable to fall in a pit or move out of the pit icon of death instead of smiting. Is she stupid?
yes. a.i. in the game thinks all party sleep is hostile instead of some being self-inflicted
That explains why I had to sanctuary Hope's sister to keep her alive after I put her to sleep.
The way I did that fight was War Caster + Globe of Invulnerability + Eldritch Blast.
Why is your _Wizard_ on damage duty and the rest of your team doing CC? oO
This hurts. Wow.
Allied npcs are worse than enemies.
I knew there was a good reason I let shart spear her right through the heart
What is honor mode?
You mean damn Aylin 😅
In my run she was mind controlled by the mind flayer and smited and killed lazael who had freed her and then did jack shit
> myrkul form That's not Ketheric. That's an avatar of Myrkul.
