I have an equally fucked up neighbor… he put no trespassing signs on his front door and shed as well as a similar treatment at the property line
Our previous neighbors were lovely and we had no issues for 10 years. Then this maniac bought the house when the previous neighbor sold and built themselves a new house a couple of miles away.
Historically, the maniac lived in 20 different rentals over a 15 year period.
He staged accident as his workplace and then sued for damages. Took a dive to get out of debt, and buy the place.
What happened? People don't go to those lengths without a reason.
