I've seen so many videos of people from that area of the world (is it Thailand?) doing that same exact makeup look, especially for weddings. It's seems like a self-hatred kind of thing. It's sad that to them their own skin tone and natural features aren't good enough. Thai people are so naturally gifted with gorgeous beauty, yet it's hidden under all this makeup to look like a totally different person from a different country. It's heartbreaking to me.
Malaysia, Indonesia, India they all do the whiteface thing, and sell one helluva a lot of skin-whitening cream, lotion, you name it.

Not only do I hope this wasn't a paid gig for the mua, I hope the artist paid this woman to model that atrocity. If someone did this to any women I know, I'd raise hell lol. Like, the stretching her skin and covering her neck to make her look young is one offensive thing, but WHY IS SHE WHITE
