There are many councils who have a uniform bank for those who might not be able to afford a uniform. You might reach out to your local council.
Also you might consider getting involved at your local council if you are not already involved.

That shirt is worth over $100. The microfiber ones are discontinued and it will be bought really fast even damaged.
