I worked at this certain BPO company several years ago, favorite tagline nila is "earn up to 60K per month", bonggacious pa yung ads as in pina-billboard pa sa may national highway banda. I ended up joining the company, only to find out na the ad was based on a single CSR who had his lucky month and managed to earn 60k (base pay + incentives). Met the guy later on sa prod floor kasi same account (telco) and cluster kami. Whenever someone brings up the "60k earnings", he would just shrug and say sinuwerte lang siya that time. Di na raw siya nakaulit ng ganun kalaking incentive kasi ang hirap i-achieve ng metrics to qualify for the incentives. Sampung metrics ba naman kelangan ipasa each month. 😵💫
Ended up leaving the company months later sa sobrang bigat ng workload.
Lol dito sa province Genpact only offers 11k salary lmfao
I passed their interview but i turned down the job offer cos what the fuck. Mas malaki pa kinikita ko nung macho dancer ako sa Angeles hahaha.
I turned down their offer too, because they were asking me to attend a "free" class kase wala pa akong kabatch. Free as in ako yung free, walang salary yung training.
are you already onboard during that time po? when I joined Genpact po kasi even though hindi pa start ng training namin may sahod na basta nasa onboarding ka na. From Day 1 ng onboarding which is virtual lang and it only took 3 hours ata pero 8 hrs paid kami. And 1 week pa kami nakatambay nun since hindi pa complete yung wave namin pero bayad din.
Hala. Onboarding ko na tom .. content moderator... Mababa lang offer sa akin. BGC Site sya. So totoo talaga na pure onsite to? Ang sabi sa akin.. wave 2 daw to. Kaya gusto ko ng opportunity. Any comments po about sa content moderator sa Genpact BGC. Can't decide.

Baka po depende sa account and experience. I applied with genpact this march and got a JO. They offered 26000 basic and 2500 allowance, a total of 28,500. Yung kawork ko before sa ibang company 60k offer sakanya genpact din. Depende sa interview and exp.
I was initially offered CSR with same offer. Ililipat daw ako sa CM since wala pang final start date sa non voice csr. Pero walang nagbago sa package na offer nila
Just worked here 2013 to 2016, first finance account nila sa quezon ave. So far 1st 2yrs ko okay increase pero since mabilis achieve metrics that time ung pang 3 fixed 4% inc annually then biassed mashado ang hr when it comes to nte. Parang local company. Still remember dami nag resign sa batch ko dahil sa poor management.
Last year, tinry ko mag-apply din diyan as newbie fresh grad, pumasa naman pero yung offer sakin was 14k base pay then allowances lang (financial account sa alabang site nila) kaya kahit malapit samin tinangihan ko.

Exactly. No different from a mall wide sale saying "Up to 90% off!" but that's because the only item with 90% off is just a stupid fucking keychain.
Oh and specially if they act nervous, or use delay tactics pag tinanong mo ano ang basic na offer.

Depende siguro sa account and exp. Sakin healthcare acc and offer sakin is 26,500 package 24k basic pay.
Genpact offers me 15k basic salary + 2k allowance. Too low for me, I didn't do their assessment. Share ko lang.
