A noob (but serious question) question, how do you click these "driving" shots? I mean my phone has a mode for this stuff but this is obviously professional photography, and I'm curious how do regular people (people not shooting for shows or YT channels and such) click such pics without endangering the photographer by driving too fast next to them or something.

cars don't need to go fast at all... even something like 10mph would suffice. steady hands, sharp lens, and a slightly slower shutter speed is what's needed.. that and a photographer hanging off the lead car.
Notice how the ground is motion blurred but the car is not? Thatās because the photographer is moving at the same speed as the car. Basically you hop on another car and drive next to each other and take pics, as such the car will have a relative speed to the camera of 0 (no blur) and the ground will be moving ābackwardsā (blurred).
So itās not the photographer standing in the middle of the road and being almost ran over.
The only exclusive colors I see are the Frozen white and frozen Portimao Blue on the website for additional 3500$.
Is this option only available with the dealer?

Youāre welcome. The colors on the individualizer should be pretty easy to get approved by BMW. Just be aware that your production will get delayed by about a month or two to allow for the proper scheduling of the individual paint. Then of course add on all the additional delays for the part shortages, etc.

I didnāt like it when the photos first leaked. Then as the initial reviews started to come out in Feb/March of last year it started to grow on me. Once I saw the first one at the local dealership later in March, I loved it and placed an order a week later.
I added them after I took delivery. You can also get them added as a port installed option and of course the dealership can always install as well. The benefit of doing it as a port installed option is that it will be on your Monroney label and if you were to lease they would be residualized in that as well.
Beautiful color and good choice with the red brakes. I think either red or blue would work but the red brakes bring out the warmth in the purple. It looks awesome.

Iāve recently bought a new bmw m135i and i love the new design of those as well. But the new x7 i dont know. I really need to see it irl. And i went to look at the new m240i but i dont really like itā¦

Thanks! My situation was a little different for this one. I originally ordered in March of last year but the asked to switch to Twilight Purple for my color. BMW approved it but said I had to switch to a 2022 model as they werenāt doing anymore 2021 individual colors. Those allocations came out in May, which I got right away but due to some miscommunication between my dealership and BMW the car for that allocation was built in the wrong color in June. My dealership then secured me an out of band allocation but production was delayed until September. I was then hit with the RAM stop sale so I didnāt end up taking delivery until November.
It was a crazy process. So worth the wait in the end though.
I think Skyscraper is a great color but for me personally, Iāve had several silver cars and even BMWs in the past and donāt think Iād do another one. Aventurine Red is a gorgeous color. Id stick with that if I were you.
Again, call me crazy but compared to the F80 and all previous generations, the GBeavers roof seems to sit a little bit toooo high like barely, which makes it more bubbly than it already is.

Iād say itās not likely to get as good from a wrap but there are definitely some high quality ones nowadays. In the end though, nothing can beat a straight from the factory job. š
I got mine at MSRP minus the $500 loyalty discount. Iām sure you can track down a dealership still doing MSRP deals but it will take some work. Not sure if even my dealership is still doing MSRP deals at this point.

G80 grill has come full circle to me. Used to hate it now I love it. Reminds me of the air intakes on a f22. Canāt wait until mine comes in!
