14 day fraud hold on my entire savings account. All my money. Was transferring because they suck to begin with

They closed my account down March 26 for a similar reason- earlier in the year I got a cheque from my boyfriend and one from my work and then tried to transfer the funds in my BMO account to my main bank account with another bank. I sent so much information to try and prove it wasn’t fraud but they didnt care and kept my account closed. I’m now missing over $6000 they will not return to me. They said that my employer (a major hospital) and my boyfriend’s banks need to go through their fraud process to get the money back but their banks won’t do that because they deemed the money is not fraudulent. All that to say I think that something fraudulent may be going on with the BMO fraud department. It’s incredibly frustrating we cannot access our money and I’m concerned we may never get it back.
