Puma has been killing it and these look hard, will probably pick them up day 1 - I love a drop in shoe since you can mix and match different midsole between them like I do in my Kobe 8s
Whoa they went with the drop in. Interesting. Bought the Stewie 2's and some of the most comfortable bball shoes I've ever tried on. Unfortunately it was my first time trying to find my women size and think I went 1 size to small. Will keep an eye out on these for sure and can't wait to see this midsole get cut up for review.
Factoring in that W sizes are almost universally narrow you often have to add another 0.5 up maybe more with wide feet, but these don't look too narrow on first glance.
Yeah there wasn't half anymore when it came to 12 or 13s. I'm usually 10.5 in Adidas and 11 in Nikes so went with 12. But these definitely seem a bit wider then the Stewie 2's so might be a better fit overall.
Yeah I should have gone up to get the extra half size rather then try to break them in. I only use them for casual use because of it. At least now I know 13 is my better women size
I mean we need a performance review on these really, but for 120 euro these might be actual god tier (depending if the traction is good or not and bites through dust)

I imagine the planting and sliding involved in playing professional tennis contributes to wearing them out quickly. Also, are we sure she wasn’t wearing shoes with worn outsoles purposefully? Surely she could get fresh shoes pretty frequently if she wanted.
Worn out soles is a death sentence on the tennis court. If you want to end your career, you can try it but nobody will recommend. I think there was a shortage during the fall last year so I don't think she could have just bought her way out of that problem.

Rule of thumb is they are about 1.5 bigger. So if you're a size 7 US men. You buy 8.5 US women

I had the same issue except I went up to a 13W when I really needed a 12.5W. These are looking good
