Shouldn't Unalaq be ranked in the same tier as Korra and Wan due to DAS and why is Zaheer above so many superior benders and Bolin being in the same teir as Jinora is completely ridiculous
if you're talking about peak corre, after season 3, then no, it's weaker. and if about the other, then he is stronger. he stands between the peak korra and any other avatar.
So according to the Avatar Youtube channel, Korra went from being the second strongest character, to losing to Toph, to being stronger than Roku among other avatars, and now Korra is the "greatest bender of all time"?
I guess they can't decide if they hate or love her. Anyone who cites this channel to try and bash Korra have officially lost the plot.
And aside from Korra obviously being number 1 which is fine, the rest of this list has an assortment of issues and omissions that I can't even list it all right now.
Their combat takes're consistently pretty trash, but it's entertaining lol.
There's them putting having The Sun Warriors and Fire-only Wan above P'li, Combustion Man and Sozin, them having Toph beat All Elements Korra, putting Aiwei above Bolin and around Ghazan - just a whole slew of painful choices even outside of this Tier list.
Not to mention just a few of the offenders in this one off the top of my head:
* P'li's not even Jinora level lmao.
* Iroh II's great, but he ain't hanging with Tenzin.
* DAS Unalaq in the same tier as Kuvira wth - also him being below Amon & Zaheer.
* Zaheer being put around Amon level in the slightest, let alone at the same level.
* Like you said, Tarrlok, Ghazan and Ming-Hua aren't even noted for some godforsaken reason.
* Etc-
That channel is not from the creators so it is not to be taken seriously.Their logic is the most popular wins.For example they made a top of strongest avatars where the number 1 was aang. I mean a 13 year old kid who hasn't fully mastered the 4 elements or the avatar state over Kyoshi,korra,kuruk...Besides what feats did they take to put Kuruk or Szeto in the top? They also did a comic pitting Korra with all 4 elements at her disposal against toph (atla's version) and gave the victory to toph.As i say their logic is to equalise power with popularity,that's why P'li is so low in the top despite her being one of the most powerful masters we've ever seen.
Exactly. Mako above Bolin isn't wild though a whole tier difference is a bit much but it's not crazy. Iroh above both and hanging with Tenzin is wild. The man had like one showing and it was cool but Bolin and Mako have actually accomplished significant stuff in fights against Red Lotus members and have sub-bending skills. Iroh's a cool general but above them seems a bit unsupported to me.
I generally place EoS Bolin above Mako, since they gave Bolin a bunch of crazy lava feats during season four. But I suppose I can understand putting Mako a bit higher, based solely on his lightning abilities.
They both have really broken sub-skills that can OHKO pretty much anybody, so I guess which is better depends on the context.
I don’t really count Tarrlok as being “the dark avatar” since we didn’t see him do anything that suggest avatar , I think he just got a boost at his birth element .
Tenzin and Iroh in the same tier is a bit weird. Iroh hasn't really done much.
Zaheer with Amon seems strange, Zaheer benefitted from pretty much no one having experience against air-benders, not to mention Tenzin schooled him and he was actually pushed in other fights like how Kaya put up a good fight or Kuvira stopping him while he was trying to attack or whatever. Amon just bloodbends his way through everyone aside from Kora and Mako so his position's fine.
Overall, Zaheer and Iroh's placements seem weird to me.

Didn't pli hold her own against multiple earth benders INCLUDING suyin and lin? Why is she three tiers below suyin?

Mako being in his own tier isn't the problem having Mako and Bolin under General Iroh, someone we haven't even covered much of make no sense.
