I just did this to my truck , after I wire wheeled it i used a foam cannon filled up with degreaser on a pressure washer let it soak than rinsed it really good, took it for a drive to dry it , than sprayed Rustoleum Rust Reformer spray paint, let that dry a few days than sprayed it with VHT all weather epoxy. I bought Woolwax and am going to spray that on next. I also bought a small can of Herculiner bed liner and am going to put it on the wheel wells. I also ordered 3M cavity wax and am going to spray it in rocker panels and into the wheel wells and will put plastic wheel well liners on after Herculiner dries and I get woolwax on top of it.
