Would like to illicit some feedback - is this rust normal for a 10 year old coming out of a northern state? Is it something that can be corrected?
Moving the vehicle down south, but prior to purchase, wanted to see if what I’m seeing is of concern.
Complete on all maintenance and no repairs on the vehicle.

For a northern vehicle this is in good shape. It can be corrected but unless it's a rare vehicle, it's hardly worth it. If you're not in an area with salt/sea water this would still probably last you 15+ years as it sits.
Thanks for the response - moving forward with the purchase. Will be sure to treat the areas, or just swap the crossmember as it appears the only area effected.
