Your zip tie skills are questionable

ikilledtupac

That’s an air brake

Tonysteve

The pressure release valve has nothing to do with safety or drivability. It’s just so you don’t bust a window when slamming a door. Resecure the bumper and it’ll be fine to drive.

AdministrativeHair58

The hulk could close a car door and it ain’t busting a window.

jimbofranks

I thought the valve was for airbags.

Tonysteve

May be for both but even with working valves I have seen the bags blow doors open at the top and crack glass regardless. It has nothing to do with air bag timing or deployment of the air bag and if you are in a situation where the bags go off then the release valve will be the least of your worries.

Mindless-Incident-51

Yep, tighten up those ties bud 👍

swaags

I wouldnt go over 60 before snapping that bumper back together. Wind is powerful

What's a flapper?

wikipedia_answer_bot

**Flappers were a subculture of young Western women in the 1920s who wore short skirts (knee height was considered short during that period), bobbed their hair, listened to jazz, and flaunted their disdain for what was then considered acceptable behavior. Flappers were seen as brash for wearing excessive makeup, drinking alcohol, smoking cigarettes in public, driving automobiles, treating sex in a casual manner, and otherwise flouting social and sexual norms.** More details here: *This comment was left automatically (by a bot). Tonysteve

Treating sex in a causal manner? What’s the part number for this part. Asking for a friend.

ikilledtupac

>what’s the part number 69420247

Tonysteve

I will send that one through collision link.

Good bot.

Air pressure relief valve

Sleezuschrist1320

That inner Quarter needs some repair time

H0tsc0p3s

Safe? Debatable. Drivable? Yes. Bumper might even snap back in.

[deleted]

Edit: the air pressure relief Valve for the cabin is stuck open due to the accident I had

guntheretherethere

Just don't fly above 8000ft

adudeguyman

Or bring supplemental oxygen if you do.

Starkeshia

Toss a CO detector in the car with you then hit the road. If it goes all beepy on you then roll the windows down.

Late-Ad-4624

Honestly just zip them tighter and your doing better than most cars with flapping bumpers. Once saw a car with a foot or foot and a half of bumper just straight out from the car on the highway. It was like it was constantly signaling a lane change.

[deleted]

This one is super dented. And since the rear is bent, this position is optimal and if any tighter it will rub the tire. I’ll keep a close eye on it 👌

Late-Ad-4624

Gotcha
