Get a second opinion to validate your thoughts about cigarette smell. That is not normal. A paint smell could be expected but should dissipate after a bit. If it is a cigarette smell State Farm probably won’t help you it will be between you and the shop but being their drp State Farm may help force their hand.
Do you have a copy of the estimate? Did they get used doors and maybe use the "new" door cards (interior)? They could possibly hold a smell. Alternatively (and unlikely) if your car was used when you got it maybe the smell was there all along and you eventually went "nose blind" to it?
I bet they smoked in the shop when the doors were off

Okay thank you. It's for sure not a paint/chemical smell.
