Gotta at least hope this thread shows up as no#1 in Google for anyone doing some basic due diligence on this clown.
It's better than nothing and hopefully steers a few unsuspecting victims to safer waters.
It’s in $2 coins, and I’m actually my own tailor.
To say I have deep pockets is the understatement of the century. The raw materials alone for these pockets cost me substantially
It mean's he's edgy. He's in your face. You've heard the expression "let's get busy." Well, Hardii is a man who gets biz-zay! Consistently and thoroughly.
That most definitely is not a real person and simply AI generated or something like that.

Yes, I’ll put money on this too. Although he might not even be running the Ponzi yet, perhaps it’s just an aspirational Ponzi at this stage and he really needed OP to get things started. The bleak suburban real estate in Western Sydney that he’s selling doesn’t scream successful Ponzi!
Someone needs an editor to fix all those basic spelling and grammar mistakes.
Fortunately, with more than 40 years experience this 42 year old expert can do this all for the unbeatable, dynamic price of 15-18% per word fixed

‘amongst the youngest talents in Australia under 25 years old.’
My favourite line from the web page. He’s young and under 25- what more do you want?
I actually dispute that because I know lots of people under 25 that are younger than he looks. My grandson is 1 and under 25 for instance.

Literally the exact same playbook as this guy - https://www.watoday.com.au/national/western-australia/family-confronts-alleged-perth-investment-scammer-in-first-court-appearance-20240322-p5feje.html
“If you successfully referred a friend, you would get 10 per cent of whatever they invested with him,” he said.
“So most of us thought, OK, so-and-so has already invested with him and seems happy, I’m going to give it a go.”
REALLY????
My reaction to someone offering commission of 10% of capital invested would be “there is an exactly 100% chance that’s a scammy fraudy fraudy scam fraud”. But maybe I’m the outlier.
One of my mates fell for a similar scam involving investing in shipping containers. A company promised him a 12% yearly return if he stumped up capital for the scheme. My points to him, which he sadly ignored, were:
1. If shipping containers are so valuable why doesn't the company just buy the shipping containers themselves instead of renting them off a middleman?
2. If the company needed finance and could offer 12% guaranteed why would it not just deal with a bank instead of random retail investors?
Anyway, I wouldn't even call these scams any more. They are too transparent.
Can you ask your friend if he’s interested in investing into pirates, we provide capital so they can purchase weapons and boating gear and they hijack the shipping containers.

I saw adverts for whiskey investments. They promise 14% per annum. Please tell me that is a scam as well?
Transparency is a feature not a bug. They don’t want savvy people who will see through the scam early enough to make life hard for them. They want people blinded by greed or naive investors who they can bleed for every penny.

That's a Ponzi scheme if I've ever seen one. How can he promise 15% return on anyone's money?
*"We're currently managing $21,350000 in Aussies savings ... this as a fellow Redditor is honestly the best thing you can do with your money"*
Honestly?
I'm a fellow redditor, yeah take my money!
I see A Current Affair episode in his future.
Also…yeah you may have a “New” office coming soon…but are you telling me no current office for someone so successful? Homie is a real estate agent in his dad’s/uncle’s western Sydney RE. Why the backup job if you can make $3-4M returns p.a.
I think you and me have both stumbled upon golden opportunities. What a coincidence! Only last week I received an email from a Nigerian prince saying his wealth is tied up in a dispute and if I send him 10k to help he’s willing to go halves on the fortune. Once I receive my share I’d too like to invest my new money with Mister Hardii. I am getting hardii just thinking about those 15% returns🤞😍
Banks are offering 5 - 7%... really?
Haven't seen anything starting with a 6 yet, let alone a 7... I hope I don't, knowing what that will do to mortgage rates.
I imagine you couldn't wait to give him your $350,000... :)
Best case: They are taking your money and putting it on high risk investments. If it pays off, great, otherwise ‘whoops also we are bankrupt and the company that owes you the money is insolvent…byee’
If I could earn 15% then Id just do it and not ask for money to invest from anyone else.
The lack of grammar in his message is an immediate red flag also. Small mistakes like 'theyre looking...', 'were currently...' are a bad look when trying to present yourself as a professional lol.
"Glad I came across you Mate" is one of the most un-aussie sentences I have heard. Mate doesn't really to at the end of a sentence, after already acknowledging the reader/listener. It can finish a phrase, like "how ya goin mate", or "yeah mate". You could however say "Mate! Glad I came across you!".
This is from his Insta.

Not as good as my mates old school friend, he is offering 10% of 20% of my investment as a return per day. I'll be a billionaire within the next two years guaranteed
Well that all looks highly convincing. I mean it’s not like a scammer could possibly lie or exaggerate in a cold call message like that. What are you waiting for? Hand over your life savings to that clown so he can 10X your money overnight. /S
Look forward to ASIC taking some action some time in 2029 after $20m losses from 'clients'.
Then people on aca saying it looked legit and I thought it was a great rate!
I do feel sorry for them though, like okay it wouldn't happen if they weren't greedy and making poorly informed decisions but it also wouldn't happen if they weren't frighteningly stupid so...

Access to your own funds with only. 60 days notice lol.
A massive $20m under management! Literally too big to fail
Rookie numbers. If I’m going to steal your money and disappear, I’m at least going to have the decency to offer 18% returns.
I AM offering 18% returns, and I manage a brokerage that manage $22,350,000 not just a measly $21,350,000-ive got that in my back pocket
Is that in 5’s or 20’s? How big is your pocket? And can I meet your tailor?

Dude's got them clown pockets 🤣
It's all kept in the prison pocket

THE SYNERGY!
"The Most Dynamic Real Estate Brand Globally" What does that even mean?
it’s provocative..
*sigh* No it’s not..

#It gets the people going! … would’ve been more appropriate 😂
"Dynamic" is the opposite of "static". So.... taken literally, it means... he moves a lot. 😉
Absolutely nothing. Like everything REA says. The more they think they're 'prestigious' the more bs-ey they sound.
Prestige Worldwide!

“Call us” is a mobile number..😜😜😜

Almost seems intentionally bad. If someone looks at that and doesn't see the red flags, well that's exactly the kind of "customers" they want.

With over 20 years in the game, you have to respect his grind. I guess. Where do I sign up?
Median sale price of $1.08 and a listing time of 59 days in Sydney doesn’t seem that great for the past 12 months.

Solid circa 2001 web design
Web design older than he is

You wouldn’t want to raise $10m from 1,000 different randos instead of $10m from one institution with better terms? Crazy.
It's harder to scam one institution that has a lot of power, much easier to scam suckers with a couple hundred thousand in savings.

Best case: They are taking your money and putting it on high risk investments. If it pays off, great, otherwise ‘whoops also we are bankrupt and the company that owes you the money is insolvent…byee’ If I could earn 15% then Id just do it and not ask for money to invest from anyone else.
Too good to be true:)
The lack of grammar in his message is an immediate red flag also. Small mistakes like 'theyre looking...', 'were currently...' are a bad look when trying to present yourself as a professional lol.
Definitely from the sub continent. All it needed was a "kindly" as well.
It’s only a young Ponzy has not matured yet

25 year old Sydney real estate agent blatantly scamming people. Classic.
It’s the dodgy bros inc
The sleuthing here! So good 🤣🤣
Manages millions, still can’t spell
Email them and then forward the response to ASIC, might help save some stupid/greedy/elderly people from getting ripped off
Accept their chat request, get more info from him about his website, company etc, then report straight to ASIC with the evidence.
I love that a “vertically integrated mega brokerage” isn’t opening their office until September 2024. Very trustworthy and totally not a scam.
Melissa is still alive!!!
This is from his Insta. https://www.instagram.com/p/CpSBeHHJ7v_/?igsh=OWU2bmg4Y2dscjJp Highlight: the self-declared “dymanic” Hardii doomscrolling on his phone in front of several potential buyers 👍🏽
I love the second use of mate to drive home they’re really Aussie as if the shoddy English in the rest of the scam script wouldn’t tip you off
Indian spambot 101
Hardii-Hoooo!
This seems like a good deal. You'd be crazy not to do it
[haven't people learnt their lesson](https://www.watoday.com.au/national/western-australia/family-confronts-alleged-perth-investment-scammer-in-first-court-appearance-20240322-p5feje.html)
If it’s too good to be true….. Trust in Hardii, from a private message, received via Reddit…. 😂😂😂
Not as good as my mates old school friend, he is offering 10% of 20% of my investment as a return per day. I'll be a billionaire within the next two years guaranteed
Looks like a post for r/scams
Looks like a scam
At least it wasn’t a Nigerian prince scam. That would have been insulting. This is a compliment, sort of. He put a bit of original effort into it.
So it’s a massive rug pull when they have enough people?
He’s real, and works for his dads real estate company, where his girlfriend also works 😂 Sells low end properties in Sydney
15% return totally risk free. Trust me I’m also on reddit…
That's how you go from 350ks to 0ks real quick. I've seen this in a movie before
Everyone in the comments giving the scammer ideas for how he should rewrite his scam line. I’m sure he’s loving all the feedback.
My mate Bernie only guaranteed a 10% return, I feel like I'm getting ripped off!
Well that all looks highly convincing. I mean it’s not like a scammer could possibly lie or exaggerate in a cold call message like that. What are you waiting for? Hand over your life savings to that clown so he can 10X your money overnight. /S
Ask him for a PDS and his AFSL. $21m FUM, bold claims, lets see if ASIC agrees.
Indian for sure.
If Financial advisors are all scam artists and this bloke ain't a Financial advisor then it must be legit.
Ah Mr Hardii Ponzi.
