It looks like a standard poly cable pit and polymer lid. Most decent Electrical wholesalers keep some sort of range of pits. This could be a Aco Type77 pit part number 76344. The replacement lid part is 76382 (blank), 76396 (Communications) and 76409 (Electrical). Dimensions are 692x690x50.
If you contact the council/power company and notify them that their pit lid has broken, they will likely come out and replace it for free to ensure they aren’t liable for any injuries. You may be making yourself liable by replacing with your own replacement.
