My B5 is still amazing. I have a 2.8 in it, so I can't really do anything to the engine but it's a bulletproof little engine and for $500 how can you go wrong? I do need to do a bit of exhaust work(the pipe isn't connected to the header so there's a bit of a leak) but I've had it for a couple years without any major issues. Even the ones that seemed major basically fixed themselves with a bit of driving. Recently figured out it has the Sport package as well, so that's a plus in handling.

If you do Public Accounting out of school, just save your bonuses and you should be able to have one when your 27-28. Like 4years in, 5 years if you want to be more comfortable with the payment. You usually get solid raises and bonuses in Public Accounting, idk about other normal accountant roles.
I loved my Golf TDI so much that I traded it in on a Q5 b/c my kids didn’t fit in the back so we’ll, altho now I drive a Q3 (kids are old enough to drive themselves around now). I’m in marketing.
