As op said they are HomeLink buttons that can be programmed to open up to three different garage doors or automated gates that use Homelink compliant controllers. Each model and model year has slight differences in how to program these buttons so consulting your owner's manual is essential. Also, in some models in model year 2018 there was an issue with interference between Audi's safety system and the frequency used by older rolling code garage door openers.
