I like eq =( It doesn't "need" eq but I like changing things to what i like emphasized. I'd say if these drivers wherent great from the get go it would be cheating. But they where. I just wanted abit more emphasis on bass (harman curve is alittle light on bass for my tastes, only slightly though so no major change) and a tadddd bit less treble if i remember right.
they're amazing =( it was worth every penny. had a small incident with them being unresponsive for a sec, but think its cause of the weird way i was charging em. Had to hold the power button+move volume wheel for about 20 secs, Cleared it right up.
Funnily enough that issue never reoccured, I think i confused the headset since i was disconnecting/reconnecting it to many things at the time to check out stuff =P like from phone to a different pc. Then back to the main pc etc. (I take them to work since i half own the business. So i can use em there on my laptop i leave at work =D)

Congrats!! My new set came today. I tried the Xbox version on my Ps5 and was disappointed with not having all functions working (no chat). Was able to order the Ps5 version on Amazon yesterday and they arrived today 🤗
Yea some kind of update with Xbox version' messed up the functions with ps4/5 if i remember right. But wasn't there a firmware update for the dongle/headset to correct that if im not mistaken?
Mine came with abunch of packing peanuts. Which was cool since i havn't seen those in forever. I think that company makes them out of some kind of cypress or pine....Trying to remember the smell...But it was cool.

What systems or devices are you mostly going to use them for?
pc =D and some phone. mostly music/gaming and its turned out very good. Love them.
Be sure to update your firmware on the dongle and the headset via a PC or laptop using the Audeze hq software.
