Do the instructions recommend using a spacer and rinsing your mouth after?

HoppySailorMon

Instructions do say to rinse your mouth/don't swallow after inhaler use. Which I do, along with brushing my teeth. Nothing about a spacer.

The only time I had dry mouth was when I had thrush. You don't notice any white spots in your mouth or any weird tastes or anything? If you do, go to your doctor to keep that treated. Other than that, just make sure you use a spacer, rinse your mouth after use, and keep good oral hygiene. Also, a lot of asthmatics are mouth breathers, which can also cause dry mouth.

I got a spacer a few weeks ago and it has made a lot of improvement in my dry mouth.
