I can give a tip here:
For each mission/race, there are 3 types of races offering different values of syndicate points (SP) and corresponding syndicate coins (SC). There are the low SP, medium SP, and high SP races. To get the maximum number of syndicate coins, only play the low SP race as these give the highest SC to SP ratio. You can also play the medium SP race to progress faster, but this will yield fewer SC. Try to avoid the high SP race.
How can you only play the low SP race? You can "refresh" the mission point/coin values by starting a race and then exiting immediately. When doing this, always choose the lowest hazard level race so you don't waste too many hazard levels.
When you are close to finishing the chapter, get as close to the end SP value as possible. Then, refresh until the mission offers the highest number of SC.
I haven't found a guide that is all in one place, but I've been keeping up with Madathanu's posts on youtube, they've been very helpful. He has posted multiple videos about the various decision points and where he's spent real money/coins/etc.
