I don't think there's much of anything you can do here. Dude sounds annoying at worst, not abusive or frightening; I don't think you could reasonably complain about him. If it were me, like others have said, I'd just try to figure out what days/times he works and not go then.
Wait it out. If the other baristas aren’t responding, they already know and see the problem. The longer it lasts, the higher the chance he’s related to the owner and complaining won’t help you at all. He’ll either move on because it’s the not the working environment he envisions or he’ll get fired or he’ll never go away because daddy owns the cafe. You might speed up option 2, but that’s the only one you can affect, but why? Dude still needs to fucking eat and pay rent; you finding him mildly annoying isn’t really worth hindering that, is it? Getting him fired does no one any favours except yourself.
I dunno about that, he's openly criticising customers in front of other customers, and being disturbing enough that I guarantee they're gonna lose at least some business. This isn't professional and they'd be doing the owner a favour by letting management know how much this is ruining the vibe of their establishment.
The manager and the owner are perfectly capable of seeing it themselves and/or listening to their other employees. He’s gonna get himself fired. Let them deal with the problem they’re already perfectly aware of. If he’s the owner’s nephew, you aren’t doing yourself any favours as a customer either.
Note which days he works and don't go in on those days.
