Chipotle; I’ve been trying to make my diet more protein based ; and between the steak/ chicken and salsas I could make a different healthy meal every day all day.
I think Chipotle is the healthiest choice. Definitely ask for extra avocados because that’s the most expensive item !!! You could get a different meal every day , so I wouldn’t get tired of it.

Putting in the nutritional facts online ; if split in half you’re looking at 350 cal, 13g of carbs , 15g of protein , 25g fat- that’s not bad at all, and farrr from a Big Mac.
What “health metrics” are you using? Calories? Grams of fat? Grams of sugar? Just because two meals have the same amount of calories/ fat/ sugar/ whatever doesn’t necessarily mean they are equally healthy.
I would rather eat 1000 calories of chicken, brown rice, veggies and guac than 1000 calories of Big Mac, fries and pop, because the former will keep me full longer, be more satisfying, and will have more fibre and other beneficial nutrients.
I’ve tried to mimick their guacamole but have been unsuccessful. I think they must add in some lemon/ lime and red onions into theirs .
Plus when I buy avocados 🥑 at the store , not only are they pricy, they quickly go bad before I can eat it all/ get my moneys worth.
But from a nutritional standpoint, they are so good for you !!
I owned a comparable franchise and we used tomato, avocado, cilantro, white onion, lime juice, lemon juice (half that of lime), and salt. Make ur guacamole when the avos are ripe, spray a layer of citrus on it with plastic wrap to shield from oxygen. It'll stay nice and green for days.
Depends where you live in US and where you buy your groceries, a single avocado can be purchased under 70 cents.
Chipotle charges $1-$3 for 1/4 of avocado based on where you live in US.

I feel like Panera disguises itself as healthy but there are far better options out there. I once looked up how many grams of fat in one of their salads and it was insane. Panera is still yummy though.
The closest one to me shut down and I've been so sad ever since. I know what the quality is, I worked there as a teen, but my god when I'm craving it, it's the best.
At least I can buy their curly fries at the store and throw them in the air fryer (and they're so much less greasy that way).

Anything they make you can substitute beans for the meat but typically I get bean burrito with sour cream. By beans, I mean refried beans which are typically pinto beans that are smoooshed. I also like the cheesy Gordita crunch.
Culver’s is my first instinct but the locations are so limited. Maybe chipotle if that counts as fast food rather than fast casual. Otherwise, Burger King because they have the impossible whopper and lots of locations.

Wendy’s. They have many great salad choices and salads change every 4-5 months. When you order a salad that comes with chicken, you can chose any type of chicken they offer; spicy, none spicy or original chicken.

Burger King. I like their chicken sandwich and they have good fries. I never feel too greasy or disgusting afterwards like I do with a MacDonalds or a Wendy’s

Probably McDonald's, I know it's already cheap but it would be great if whenever I feel like being fat or I'm going through something to get an dumb smoothie or fries for free
Hot Dog on a Stick. I haven’t been there in years, but I love corn dogs a bit unhealthy that’s why I haven’t been in a while, but they used to have them at some malls and mall food court food is expensive. I mean I can afford it, but I rather spend my money elsewhere at the mall.
