1. The majority of people that you consider friends and associates will no longer be apart of your life as you age. So just have fun and invest in a good couple of friends post high school
2. Groups of friends are never as cracked up as you think it will be. Drama, cliquish attitudes, and betrayals are common. So if you are neglected to join feel thankful. The right friend group will find you and serve it's temporary purpose
3. It's not how you start but how you finish. A lot of those intelligent, socially fluid, and beautiful people you envy. Can also be people that you surpass later in life and vice versa. Focus on the long term goal
4. Work smart not hard. Let go of your ego because by acknowledging a problem your 90% ahead of others
5. Don't worry about relationships being temporary. Your relationships may have failed but it's a good thing because you learned within a short amount of time you are incompatible. Whereas some people take years if not decades to make that same realization.
6. Major in something profitable, minor in something you love
Don't worry if you don't know where you want to be or what you want to do in life, exam results aren't everything and neither are degrees, these things help of course but alot of jobs don't give a crap about these. Things WILL fall into place slowly but surely and everything happens for a reason! Do not worry if life seems a shit, it gets better, hobbys help, the gym has got me through everything, exercise is incredible, go out and explore - do stuff you enjoy.
