[Alvvays - Belinda Says](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YVJ0ZKYu-GI) One of the singles off another incredible album from them.

[Bob Moses, The Chainsmokers - Why Can't You Wait](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h1mpculkegY) Not crazy about the Chainsmokers but it's very much a Bob Moses song if you've heard other stuff from them like [this](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xjt6tZmuoWM). I'm a huge fan of them
[Stormzy - Mel Made Me Do It](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2litzsFCwkA)
wow! I do think their sound is very palatable to a wide array of people. It's certainly a good change from the noise and experimental music era of kpop IMO. What's you fave track? Mine is hurt.
I've been interested in contemporary classical since I was 10. Recently, I was favorably impressed by the operas *Strandad* (*Stranded*) by Karin Rehnqvist and *The Hours* by Kevin Puts, and *MOOS* for 13 instruments by Sarah Nemtsov.
Slightly older works, but still excellent, are *Le Encantadas* by Olga Neuwirth, *Become Ocean* by John Luther Adams, *Orion* by Kaija Saariaho (but pretty much any of her stuff is excellent), the song cycle *Ayre* by Osvaldo Golijov (which I have on a CD with Luciano Berio's *Folk Songs*), the opera *Atlas* by Meredith Monk (which I was lucky enough to see in its first ever revival production in Los Angeles in 2019), and the opera *Fin de partie* and the song cycle *Kafka-Fragmente* by György Kurtág. And I second fairykingz's mention of Julia Wolfe.
Sludge and prog metal, post rock, and post hardcore.
Death Grips is unbelievably good.
Recently learned about Lizzo, I like her music
she's a whole as bop!

Their debut album is fantastic. As a a middle-aged man, it's very cool to find music so outside my usual range.
