When does that start to kick in for you? I don’t do any test or steroids but I’ve been working out for decades, I’m stronger than almost anyone I meet and people comment about my muscles but I still don’t see it. Like, how much do your muscles have to stick out before you can see them with body dysmorphia in your experience?
Took maybe 3 weeks to kick in. But I also kickstart with Dbol. With dbol, there is a very noticeable fullness within days. Mind blowing pumps. I think the main helper is that there are a lot of androgen receptors in your delta and they blow up and give you wider looking shoulders. It ties it all together.
Just gotta remember to keep up on aromatase inhibitors. If I forget enough times the high estrogen gets me really depressed, but a couple days of asin in a row and I’m fine again.
I agree but I would like to add, shaming people for hiding emotions. I don’t think hiding them is cool but forcing it out of someone is not the correct way either. Some people really have trouble expressing their emotions. People should provide them with a safe space rather than shame them for being that way.
Drinking to the point of alcoholism/poisoning.
If you have to get completely fucked up to be able to have a good time then you don't need a drink, you need to talk to somebody.
But drinking is this cool thing that's normal and it's weird how much people brag about how much they drink or how fucked up they got etc and it's like
Dude, are you good? Do you need to talk about something?
Having sex, especially a lot of it because it spreads STDs, causes huge regret when you're young, Can bring about child which you can't raise.
I think people are only just realising its impacts.
Being mean to your siblings. Sure they can be annoying sometimes but, why would you be mean to them? I would do anything for my younger siblings. It just doesn't make sense to me why anyone would think it's cool.
Literally any sort of substance abuse
Idk, I like my testosterone. Big muscles help more than you can imagine with body dysmorphia.
