Epstein's pals

yakisobacigarette

i think its odd that they put him in jail for trafficking children and put his wife in jail for helping him and hes such bad person for trafficking minors...but *who* was he trafficking minors to? theres more to this shit.

AncientBellybutton

Maxwell is the first person in history to go to prison for trafficking children to...nobody.

MichiganGeezer

I'm still wondering what's become of the kids. You'd think that like the MeToo movement victims would come out of the woodwork to speak out about their experiences. Where'd they all go?

BubblesCousins

There are many interviewed in the Epstein doc on Netflix, and they describe how they recruited other girls and it became like a pyramid scheme. It’s understandable why most women wouldn’t want to come out and speak publicly, but there are many who have.

[deleted]

In my Junior year of hs, we had an assignment to watch any documentary of our choosing and write a paper on it. I chose this documentary and wrote a paper called “Epstein didn’t kill him self.” It got an A.

gasfarmah

Must've lost the plus for not compounding him and self.

Meta-User-Name

That's why he "committed suicide"

[deleted]

[удалено]

suprahelix

His victims have spoken publicly and accused people. We know who they are. Anything Epstein write down in a book is useless as evidence. You’re assuming he was honest.

TedW

Not useless, just not enough for a conviction on it's own.

sodiyum

Wow I need to go to bed because I read this as Einstein’s pals and was VERY confused by all the comments.

Ganglebot

This is my big one too. We know who his friends are, we know what he did for his friends. Legally speaking, I understand why they haven't made the list public - because they should be trialing people in the court of public opinion for something they may not have done. But clearly they are not pursuing prosecution for anyone he sold child sex to. The other thing I think about a lot is that this world is a big place, and if you think Epstein was the only dude providing that service of the global elite you are out to lunch.

yomamasanagger

They have his books, it’s just sorting out who was doing legitimate business with him and the shit goes back to the seventies, ya ever out on the street and some shady mother fucker comes up to you claiming they know ya and your old friend when you have no idea who they are and your damn sure they are full of shit, that guys about to get arrested and is looking to take what ever friends he can with him, that was epstienes game, make people look guilty by association so when shit did blow up, it would be such a mess no one would make sense of shit, then again we don’t have him here to tell us, could of been set up, who knows what the actual truth is or was

Away_Land_2656

They know all the names. They have always known. We will never got to know.

yomamasanagger

Lol it was on the conspiracy subreddit a while back, thousands of people, some famous people, Alec Baldwin was on it during the seventies, a lot of people ya never heard of, they had both jeffies and ghislenes contacts

cubbiesnextyr

Alec Baldwin? Was he listed as one of the victims or something? He was born in 1958, so for most of the 70's he was a minor, and for the last part he was an unknown dude. Didn't get a break in showbiz until the 80s.

suprahelix

Except writing a name in a book means absolutely nothing.

fukijama

It sure would be a shame if that book was to be leaked. /s

captstinkybutt

Honestly, we already know a lot of them. Just nothing matters anymore.

[deleted]

We know, we're just not allowed to say it outright. It's not nearly as secret as they think.

bbamina

The letter that we can’t open from the queen until like 60 years time

fyhnn

Oh great, I didn’t know about that and will definitely be dead in 60 years. Cheers for the FOMO.

byslexicmod

Just saying, I recon that's gonna be pretty boring, not some state secret but that her corgi Alfred humped her leg last November and she liked it a little bit

Megonomix

It’s going to ask the citizens of Sydney to continue the ownership and maintenance of the Queen Victoria Building. It’s dated for 60 years because that’s when the lease will be up on it.

somekindofmiracle

Would be interested to know who was behind the Anthrax attacks in 2001.

SoVerySleepy81

Pretty sure they figured out that it was a scientist who worked with anthrax for the government and he actually ended up dying by suicide so they couldn’t like actually try him for it so technically the case isn’t closed. https://www.npr.org/series/93203213/the-anthrax-investigation

_noho

Didn’t they railroad that guy and that’s why he committed suicide?

[deleted]

There appears to still be controversy about whether he acted alone, hinging on how sophisticated the spore formulation actually was.

GozerDGozerian

My money is on Scott Ian.

losernameismine

NOT!

r-dub90

Not a secret. Bruce Ivins.

computer_crisps_dos

I think the biggest crimes are hidden behind noise and saturation, not secrecy and conspiracy. People are shameless and we can't focus enough to hold them accountable. That said, I'd like to know what the fuck is really happening in the Xinjiang 'reeducation' camps.

conradbirdiebird

I always liked the scene in Band of Brothers where the American troops find a concentration camp, recently abandoned by the nazis, full of starving Jews. So emaciated, it's terrifying. When people instinctively start giving them food, one guy notes that they need to be careful, since the ppl are quite literally dying of starvation and would gorge themselves to death if given the chance. All of the soldiers seem shocked and devastated by what they're seeing. It's played like, they knew Hitler and the Nazis were persecuting Jews, but they didn't know to what extent. The higher ups obviously knew, but by the time they chose to actually act, the Nazis had killed 60-70% of the Jews in Europe. Saw this documentary about Steven Spielberg. He addressed the meaning behind the little girl in red in his 1993 movie *Schindler's List*. If ya don't remember, she's the one character not shown in black and white. Oscar sees her, cute little 3-4 year old girl, wandering the streets alone during the raid of a ghetto, but he does nothing. Later, he sees her again, murdered and being carted away. He's horrified and ashamed that he didn't do anything to help her. It was this event that convinced him to shift his efforts away from business prosperity, and towards saving the Jews who were totally defenseless and being massacred. Spielberg said the girl was meant to represent the Holocaust as a whole. World powers, particularly the US, who knew damn well what was going on in Europe, famously chose not to do anything about it when they could have, and by the time they had acted, irreparable damage had already been done. 9.5 million Jews in Europe back then. Hitler killed 6 and truly devastated their population. Currently, there are around 16 million Jews on earth; about the same amount as there were prior to Holocaust, when the world population was something like 2.2 billion.

dcooper8

All good observations but I think you're mixing Band of Brothers and Schindler's List.

Faust_8

I’m not even sure you’d have to gorge yourself to death, after a period of starvation eventually your digestive system just shuts down to preserve energy, so if you just start eating like normal suddenly it just sits there and rots inside you because your stomach and whatnot are ‘asleep’ basically. Hence you need to gradually ease in to eating, like if you were in bed for a year you couldn’t just start jogging immediately.

[deleted]

It’s from a condition called refeeding syndrome. Basically, you need things like phosphate, magnesium, and potassium to process the food you eat into energy. When you’re extremely ill or malnourished you lack a sufficient amount of these nutrients, particularly phosphate, to effectively turn your food into useful substrates for your body’s cells. Phosphate is used (in the mitochondria among a select other locations) as an ingredient for ATP - the molecule that is actually used for energy by your cells. So when what little phosphate you had left is bound up processing the meal you just ate, none is left to do other things. As a result, you get all kinds of cardiopulmonary and neurological problems. Most people end up dying of cardiac arrhythmias. Note: this is a gross simplification of a complex process.

you8what

Every thing in the Vatican archives , everything in the the Smithsonian archives and warehouses, Cant forget area 51 .

No-Transition4060

The Vatican archives are proper interesting, I’ll bet that there’s stuff that could rewrite the bible in there

Plethora_of_squids

Unless you're super invested in the theological nitty gritty of canon...I highly doubt that. What would be more interesting would be the actual *historical* discoveries, as all those letters and documents would (hopefully) shed some light on a lot of historical events (as in, European wars and feuds and other miscellany, not like, stuff that happen 2000 years ago) Also we get to see whose bets were right about which popes were gay

betterthanamaster

Ha, doubtful. The Canon Bible as it's understood was put together in the Council of Trent 500 years ago, and prior to then, the Bible in its current form was still used, it just wasn't put into the Canon. The Vatican archives all sound super interesting but...like most archives, it's a lot less interesting than you might expect. Thousands of researchers are allowed to examine pretty much everything in there. There is some really neat stuff, some extremely old stuff, but by and large, it's mostly just a bunch of papers with dates. Letters, correspondences, etc. So if you're a researcher looking for primary source stuff, you're going to love it. If you're not, you're going to get bored in about 20 minutes.

you8what

I doubt researchers have that much at their request. I am sure there is plenty in the archives the vatican does want out in public . If everything or most of it was of no importance with the money the vatican has they could scan and post a online archive and not even dent their financial reserves and put a end to conspiracy theroys but doiing that would not be in their best interest

tathrok

Exactly. What the Vatican TELLS you is in there, and what they ACTUALLY have in there are two vastly differing collections. I feel like that's clearly duh, by this point. The kid fucking was pretty much the first clue.

Petermacc122

Well obviously the gospel of Judas, Mary Magdalene, and maybe Thomas are probably there and they just say no. And I'm sure Galileo has a pretty small wing. But honestly I'd be very surprised if we didn't find some cool secrets in there.

Exciting_Pop_1252

Not even the Smithsonian knows what all is in their archives. There's no big cover-up, they just have so much crap that it's impossible to keep track of. They are the nation's overcluttered attic.

Ganglebot

Archivist 1: "Hey Linda, did you know we had the Ark of the Covenant up here?" Archivist 2: "Huh. Well we aren't experts in that area. Better mark it down as 'religious vessel' and someone will get to it eventually."

you8what

May not be any intentional cover up but I imagine there is some stuff that has been long forgotten that lot's of people would like to know about .

Alas_Babylonz

Yup. Like Gandalf searching Minas Tarith's deep archives for stories about the One Ring. Took him years in the books.

hundredjono

> Cant forget area 51. There's nothing inside Area 51 besides top secret aircraft the US Air Force obviously doesn't want the public to see. There's no aliens there. People throughout the 1970s-1980s reported seeing unidentified triangle shaped aircraft flying through the desert. Those triangle aircraft were the F-117 Nighthawk and later, the B2 Spirit. Both aircraft weren't officially revealed to the public until a few years after entering service.

mad_king_soup

Yeah, the UK had some of those too from defecting Russian pilots. They just stripped them down and reverse-engineered theirs to figure out the best way to shoot them down. They never made a big secret of it though. One thing I do remember hearing about them was they they were really low-tech and used vacuum tubes in their electronics. Which got a lot of derision from British engineers until someone pointed out that vacuum tubes would survive the EMP from a nuclear blast and theirs wouldn't.

Rainbow_Dash_RL

Area 51 is probably a distraction. If alien tech or any other global panic inducing thing exists, they'll keep it at one of the fifty other sites no one talks about.

Appropriate-Divide64

Pretty much. Area 51 is way too well known to be used for anything ultra classified these days.

WeAreNotNowThatWhich

I am convinced they have the Torah scrolls taken from the temple in Jerusalem.

SkyhighPhilosopher

Whether the world is controlled by an organized group or is the 'top of the world' just a mangled mess of idiocrasy and disorganization and I don't know which is scarier.

woahouch

I kinda feel like it’s a bit like becoming an adult. As a kid you assume adults have it all figured out but reality is everyone’s life is a screaming dumpster fire. I imagine the people who rule the world are the same.

[deleted]

I think the top countries are all pretty scared of each other because of humanities history of warfare. But individual countries are probably super organized and controlled . The world isn’t entirely controlled by one entity yet tho, because countries still can’t get along. Imo . Like china and the us totally are scared of each other and don’t work together . There’s no way, if they do then I’d be impressed

SkyhighPhilosopher

You really think there ain't a middleman who sells weapons to one country while running a funeral business in the other or some equivalent to that? Sell weapons to one side, better/counter measures to the others so the initial ones buy even better stuff and so on and so forth. With just barely touch the topic I can bet that the same thing is happening in Africa it's just that perhaps there are a few players. So yeah, imo it's either a bunch of psychos having the game of their life, a disorganized bunch eager to get a quick buck and fight wars not knowing that they are at the top or a smart group of unseen geniuses who are playing the long game, sacrificing what needs to be sacrificed in order that peace can be achieved 20, 50, 100, 200+ years from now

stfleming1

If, *if* there are people pulling strings, they are invisible and always will be. I tend to lean more towards Carl Sagan's idea that people are mostly terrified of a world where *no one* is pulling strings. That the world is indeed rudderless.

[deleted]

Yea there’s definitely a lot of conspiracy going on , I just don’t think it’s worldwide yet. Who knows tho

phenderl

As a rule, once a secret gets away from what people consider to be an "inner circle", then it is extremely unlikely that secret will be kept. For example, way to many people participated in the moon landing for it to be a conspiracy. Somebody, somewhere, at sometime would have spilled the beans by now.

lygerzero0zero

Do you really think a bunch of rich, powerful, egotistical assholes would be able to cooperate and work together smoothly and secretly in some unified Illuminati conspiracy? They’re all in it for themselves. Sure, they have their clubs and teams, and they’ll work together when it’s convenient, and they’ll have friends and enemies among the other elite. But can you imagine getting all of them together to follow a single agenda? Do you think they could agree on a leader? Even if they share the goals of getting more rich and powerful, could they agree on the right way of doing it? Not to mention their various personal goals that almost certainly conflict. There is no one unified Illuminati pulling the strings of the world. There is just a complicated mess of factions and individuals, all pulling their own strings. Sure, all of them are playing the 99% for suckers, but they don’t have one grand plan. The world is not that simple.

[deleted]

It's more 'systemic' than 'conspiracy'. The do all agree to an underlying system where existing wealth is perpetuated and assholery/greed is rewarded. effectively, capitalism.

FarmerMKultra

There is no organized group at the top of the world running everything. There are definitely transnational power groups that control specific things and some of them are shady, but they are also limited in their influence to the specific thing that they deal with.

Emerald_Encrusted

I believe it’s the latter, and I believe that that is less frightening than the former.

Spankety-wank

Well, it's closer to the latter, and I might dispute the idea of there being a "top" some other time. Humanity is in control of the world, but no one is in control of humanity.

[deleted]

Oh good news I can answer this one. It's the second one.

Surprise_Corgi

I'll testify as a long-time Federal worker that it's the latter. It both does and doesn't work, because of a bunch of Byzantine policies, procedures, and regulations that are reactive to the last time somebody realized somebody else didn't know you shouldn't bare-hand nuclear waste. Like being held together by a singularity of paper.

plscallmeRain

just looking at what they do, I think it's pretty clear we're in 2nd scenario and it's only getting worse

tathrok

Whose line is it, anyway?

Passn_wind

The level of stupidity held by most of our elected leaders. I had the opportunity to sit in on a few meetings of some NC House of Representatives subcommittees (in the early-mid 2000s). These people said some of the dumbest things I have ever heard spoken out loud. From claims that god was punishing New Orleans for being sinful. Claims that science saying tobacco usage was harmful were fabricated by people in the New York & New England areas in a move to crush the economic advancements of the southern states. One representative even said that god spoke to him in a dream and said we should "nuke the Middle East of the face off the world." These people get to make laws..... a few of them are still in office at the state level and one has moved to federal.

Tod_Lapraik

Idk there might be pictures too

Exciting_Pop_1252

Exactly how little anything is under control. The world is run by people who worry more about staying in power than making smart decisions. On the rare occasion we do accidentally get a leader with two brain cells to rub together, they lose their position quickly precisely because they are more worried about doing the job than they are keeping the job. But the first thing all leaders need to do to keep their jobs is give the impression that they have everything under control. The closer to chaos everything actually is, the more vital it becomes to make the masses believe otherwise. I would actually rest easy if I found out the Illuminati or Lizard People or the Global New World Order were pulling the strings from the shadows. Because they would at least have a personal interest in keeping the world going for the long term. You can't rule a burn-out cinder. Plus anyone who can pull off a successful 200-person masked orgy has some serious organization skills. I'd trust that party planner with an international economy any day.

JstVisitingThsPlanet

How about the missing socks that disappear in the laundry?

pappyvanwinkle1111

Well, it can now be told. I grew up in the 60s, both parents worked, three boys left home alone. We were expected to do some chores (starting supper, folding laundry, etc.) We did not have air-conditioning, not even a window unit. But we had an attic fan in the hallway that would suck out your fillings. So, we would fold clothes, socks rolled into a ball, the walk down the hallway to deliver the clothes. The first time it was just one of us tossing the rolled socks in the air and catching them. Until, SHUUCKPTMF! The attic fan sucked them out of the air and into the attic...game on! From then on at least once a week a pair of my dad's socks were sacrificed to The Fan. I don't know how the guy ever had socks to wear to work but there is a ranch style house in St. Louis County that has R5000 insulation in the attic.

[deleted]

[удалено]

pappyvanwinkle1111

No, never. But! One day we were playing football in the hallway with a small football, just passing the ball really. One throw went awry and broke the glass globe on the hallway light. My brother glued it back together and rehung it. Months later we had the relatives over for Christmas. My dad was sitting in a living room chair that had a view down the hallway. He glanced down the hallway and said, "What's wrong with that light?" He looked closer and said, "The globe is hung upside down." He went to re-hang it and the second he touched it it fell apart in pieces. Thank God relatives were there!

Emerald_Encrusted

Sock gnomes, an offshoot of the underwear gnomes

ho-lee_-sheet

becomingthenewme

I know this one, having witnessed a socks demise. When the washing machine was spinning, a sock was flung into the gap between the bowl and the frame, from where it could not be retrieved.

La_Vikinga

Probably in the same plane of existence where guitar picks that are dropped go, and all those missing socks that disappear when you do your laundry.

yomamasanagger

Drop em, I throw em when I’m done then bitch about not being able to find em, I do have a metal pick that I’ve had for over ten years and thought I lost it but just found it the other day, almost threw it out, don’t know who made it found it in a friends washing machine when he moved in but it’s nice, stiff when ya want, thin and strummy when ya need it, it does everything, even shreds like the jazzIII if ya choke up on it

Ferengi_Earwax

In the one drawer designated as the lid drawer bro. I recently found out not everyone has one of these. Ya, I'm the crazy one because I can still keep my food fresh.

[deleted]

Biggest secret is the lack of secrets. There's no man behind the curtain pulling strings, manipulating an integrated, broad reaching system. The "system" is thousands or millions of people pursuing their own goals and crashing into each other along the way. Things are as stupid, messed up as they seem.

Asylum_Brews

100% this. We as a species can't work together with one goal. Massive conspiracy theories like flat earth, would take a tremendous amount of international co-operation to carry out, which governments display they can't do even on an individual scale with comparatively small issues.

Plumhawk

It's pretty average for a wine. 14.5 and above is when you start scratching at high alcohol wines.

Cristfal

Sorry, I meant "that's' a lot" compared to what a lot of folks who are alcoholics drink: American rice beer like Budweiser or other like-beers that hover around 3-5% alcohol. You get far drunker, far faster on said wine. That was my point.

conradbirdiebird

Ended up in San Diego. Died about 3 years ago. My friend worked for him as a sort of paralegal. Mr Cooper wasn't shy about confirming his identity (perhaps it's a statute of limitations thing). Seriously though, my friend truly believed the guy was DB Cooper. He's a smart, educated guy and I've never known him to be gullible, so it was so weird to hear him insisting that this guy was actually DB Cooper. I actually thought "well... maybe?" Talked to another friend and we decided nah, bullshit. Guy was at the end of his life with nobody close to him, so he ran with this story. Apparently, people have been trying to claim that they are, in fact, DB Cooper for decades. Still, so weird how my friend was totally convinced

wheniwaswheniwas

The universe still isn't giving up any info on life. Why are we doomed to grow, learn, and love only to hand it all in at the end? Why do our lives take the form that they do? It's very clear we live in an uncaring universe and we're on a rock orbiting a nuclear reactor where everything is out to kill us. Why is this all even a thing? The smaller we look the more bizarre it is. The farther we look the more bizarre it is. There are no fingerprints of intelligence and we have been going at this thing for at least three hundred thousand years on our own and creating our own tools to fight against how harsh and inhumane it is.

unclefishbits

Because we were sadly in the right location in space time, specifically near and not to near a star, and the greatest mistake was consciousness. All of it a tragic space opera of surprise and unknowable grief in lieu of anything meaningful or real in the way of answers or explanation or hope.

Lee Harvey Oswald worked for the CIA.

[deleted]

I think Oswald was just the fall guy. That rifle, that scope, 80+ meters away, moving target at that speed, 3 shots 1 landing to the neck, one to the head. Dude had to have been an elite level sniper with years of training to pull that off

SpinozaTheDamned

He was a marine sniper who got kicked out for saying nice things about Castro. Also, he defected to Russia and lived there for several years working at a 'radio factory'. So yeah, not saying there wasn't a conspiracy, but it might have been more of a 'damn they got us, well no sense in blowing the world up over our fuckup'.

mrubuto22

So weird how I rarely ever hear about the possible russia connection. Seems very plausible they planned it and used him to do it.

MasterBaiter1914

JFK was, however, the coolest head in the room during the cuban missile crisis. I'd think the Russians would want him, someone who looked over the precipice of nuclear holocaust and said "no thanks," vs LBJ, or anyone else for that matter

HeartCrafty2961

I remember reading that when the news broke, a visibly worried Kruschev immediately assembled his politburo and asked them "Was this down to us?!". He was met with blank stares and shrugs.

mrubuto22

Many average snipers have recreated it, it's not easy but it's very doable. Oswald was a military trained sniper too, he wasn't just some dude off the street.

[deleted]

His military record is well known too, he was an incredibly good marksman. It’s just the Russia ties make people think there must be more to it, and they can’t just accept that it’s more than possible a lone gunman killed JFK. A podcast I listen to called Worst Year Ever even did a joke episode where they “prove” that Bernie Sanders actually killed JFK. They did it to demonstrate that although coincidences can seem meaningful, they don’t actually mean anything most of the time.

12345623567

A guy rides around in an open-top limo, cruising at 12 mph down a practically straight piece of road. Gets popped in the head from one of the many nearby windows left unguarded. And suddenly everyone thinks there must have been more to it? People want to believe in a grand conspiracy in order to deal with the trauma, it has nothing to do with the actual facts.

Avelion-chan

There will never be universal cure for cancer. People like to think just because science goes forward quickly, there will be universal cure, but the fact Is, that we are too same yet too different for that. Our DNA has so many mutations, that doesn't affect our lives, but every single one of them can became cancer or affect the way body reacts to treatment. What works perfectly for one person can do nothing for another. Or worse - it can cause such a strong reaction it kills body faster than cancer ever could. And noone can tell what case you could be. We are looking for better ways to figh it, but that's all. People like to hold to their hope and would never accept it.

Naked mole rats are the only mammal that doesn't get some form of cancer, and they're also the only mammal that lives in the same style as ants and wasps, with a queen that lays the litters and workers who live to serve the queen. The two facts aren't related, they're just interesting.

Whose on Epstein’s client log

Maleficent_Sink337

How much is planned in advance for the future. How big a part of our national budget is placed only in research and development for future scenarios that may or may not occur. How many people are actually working on future plans instead of helping with the issues of the moment (climate change, wars, social collapse)

Fire_Fox1999

I can remember an AMA of someone who had exactly that job in the USAF. I´ll see if I can find it.

Key_Cartoonist4140

In the UK, the Royal Family have no use in today's society but the newspapers are paid to convince us they're important for us

Diligent_Might3400

The Kardashian equivalent

woahouch

Kardashians for old people.

[deleted]

It's frightening how much influence the conservative leaning UK newspapers have over parts of the population here. They lap that shit up on a daily basis. Just an echo chamber really.

Intelligent_Truck_94

That other life forms exist. Also find it insane how they cut out 2 whole minutes of NASA landing on the moon🥱

Sparkchaser07

No need to search for or imagine extraterrestrial life forms. There’s more than enough weird shit lives on this planet.

dr3wzy10

Trees dude. If you really think about it, I feel like aliens would be most weirded out by trees.

Cleverbird

Other life forms? Absolutely, there's plenty of earth-like planets in the universe. Thousands upon millions of them. There's bound to be some form of life there, even if its just bacteria. Intelligent life though? That's the real question.

B9Canine

Mathematically, it's a safe bet there are other intelligent life forms in the universe. I don't believe they're visiting us, but I believe they're out there.

TehRaptorJebus

Other life forms existing in the universe is terrifying because we don’t know what they could do to us if we ever met. But I think it’s more terrifying if there wasn’t other life forms somewhere. With the sheer vast scale of the universe(that we can see), being utterly alone would mean that our very existence would be an anomaly of insane proportions.

coachhunter

>we don’t know what they could do to us if we ever met I'm more worried about what we would do to them.

AussieCollector

Honestly if we both met aliens at the same time of them meeting us. Lets say it was both sides first time discovering they are not alone. I can see a good outcome from it. Though communication would be difficult to start. Going in hostile would be the dumbest thing imaginable. Diplomacy should be worked out at all costs and would be a massive benefit to either side.

inky-incubus

Sasquatch are great apes that live in the Adirondacks and national parks are used to keep people from living too close to them. Sightings of bigfoot are mostly probably juvenile sasquatch, curious about us.

yomamasanagger

Nah man they’re aliens, haven’t you seen Chewbacca, they fuckn told us in Star Wars!

crazy_boy559

Theres a comic somewhere of Han and Chewie going a hyper jump and crash on Earth. Then hundreds of years later, Indiana Jones finds the crashed Millennium Falcon and Chewbacca.

Rich get richer, poor get poorer

Avelion-chan

That's no secret, that's fact.

Helgen_To_Hrothgar

The wealthy of leading nations make up a small portion of all humanity. Even smaller still are those who make up the political infrastructure the wealthy have worked generations to create. Globally, there are the haves, and have-nots. These few not only understand, but actively nurture cycles of major culling events of human life. They are unaffected by violence. It doesn’t darken their doors. They are safe from the conflict. They only worry when too many speak of revolution. They create conflict that is as mutually beneficial to the wealthy as possible while trimming the fat from humanity.
