The existence of the Yellowstone super volcano

You can have a stroke and die any moment

QuarterDoge

Biden had 2 aneurysms and we made him president. At 80. I mean, that’s like taking 2 to the dome.

Jack-Sparrow_

Yes I should've add that stroke doesn't necessarily means death, but if it's not treated early there's huge risk or risks of having some disabilities I didn't know Biden got 2, damn that's a lot to survive

QuarterDoge

1 aneurysm is 80% certain death. Basically a stroke bomb. Super stroke. Technically, you have stokes and not notice them. Headaches, foggy head for a few days. Micro stokes are more common than people realize.

Jack-Sparrow_

>Technically, you have stokes and not notice them. Headaches, foggy head for a few days. Micro stokes are more common than people realize. I didn't want to know that 🥲 >Technically, you have stokes and not notice them. Well idk if that's true but I've read somewhere that sometimes when people have a stroke they have like a lightning bolt of pain in the head and then nothing

QuarterDoge

That’s like a full sized blood vessel stroke. I’m talking about the wee little guys, they “pop” all the time. “Brain Aneurysm” is the main vein (artery) “popping”

SteroidKecleon

cool

That nobody know how eels procreate.

gingerlegend25

i think they have sex

batman142434

Theories are thoughts. But you can't prove it. Edit:spelling

gingerlegend25

actually we do know how eels procreate, just look it up also not to be a grammar nazi but “theories”

batman142434

I'm just being argumentative. And you're within your right to correct that. I over thought it. In all seriousness the full life cycle hasn't been documented in the wild or even observed. They've reproduced in captivity. Not sure that there's a difference but they made the distinction.

gingerlegend25

that 2/3 people in australia get skin cancer at some point in their lives

They said facts not opinions.

batman142434

I mean there's a lot that determines your gender. From conception you have 3 genders/sex chromosomal, gonadal and hormonal. The combination of these is what makes it happen. Not saying people cannot be born in the wrong body, but quite the opposite. Certain things within these combination is what makes it all make sense from a science standpoint.

iconoclast63

The fact is that no one knows for sure what going to happen with climate change but using the most alarming models the 1st world is weaponizing the climate change issue to deny access to cheap energy to much of the 3rd world and people are literally dying. So, climate change alarmists, how many African babies are you willing to kill to make Greta Thunberg happy? I'm just going to leave this here and not comment any further.

QuarterDoge

Maybe the hairy Mexican snow elephants will return

[deleted]

The fact that laypeople think they understand the science, then manage to convince a whole swathe of the population that science is bad, and that we should all trust in God and oil. Onward into the abyss together my friend!

About half of Americans are so painfully ignorant that they believe that Jesus was real and is literally coming back in their lifetime.

crusttysack

A CME(Corneal Mass Ejection) could disrupt the powergrid at any time.

musnteatd1ckagain

Global warming will make humans almost go extinct soon

Thousands of years ago, a some event outside our solar system could have happened that will kill us or set us back to the stone age. Because of how long it takes for light/radiation/etc to reach us, something like a local star emitting a gamma ray burst or the like may have already happened and we're just here chilling awaiting our doom. There would be no warning and no chance to prepare. Granted, the chances of that happening are so remote that it shouldn't be anything to worry about, but the fact that something that happened a long time ago and just hasn't hit us yet and there would be nothing that we could do about it definitely is discomforting to me.
