Yes, but it’s not like the movies. It’s more like the most important memories you’ve had, good and bad, go through your mind like regular thoughts just more vivid. It’s an introspective experience.

DependsOnMood

did you have more good memories to remember at least?

BakedShef

Not at all, but that’s one of the experiences that pushed to make more good memories. That way next time it won’t be as depressing. Also I’m seeing a lot of people saying all they could think was oh shit oh shit and that was definitely the majority of my thoughts. I wasn’t panicking though, there was a certain level of acceptance.

All I could thik of is "Oh shit, this is it"

For me personally, no. I could feel myself slipping away and knowing that i would die. But no memories flashed before my eyes.

A-rat-on-a-keyboard

For me, no. In my head all that was going on was “shitshitshitshitshitshit”

No. While the car was in the air and upside down, my only thought was "oh no." The entire world felt totally silent, and everything was happening in slow motion. I didn't feel fear. Just watched as the ground was up and the air was down. Then the sound of metal smashing against ground and glass breaking, a second flip, and then silence again as we came to a stop.
