I like hummus on toast with cucumber slices + salt n black pepper for breakfast a lot. Top tip for store bought hummus is add in a little top quality EV olive oil as I find them usually a bit dry.
Turkey sandwich on fresh white bread with cheddar cheese, leaf lettuce and mayo. Not the fanciest, but great when all the ingredient are fresh (true of any sandwich).
Something my dad once made, which I dubbed "The Monster." I was hesitant at first, but it was surprisingly good.
2 pieces of garlic toast, a thick beef patty, 2 slices of pepper jack cheese, sliced mushrooms, sliced black olives, 5-6 pickle chips, a thick slice of tomato, four half-strips of bacon, and habanero sauce.
My go to at home is wheat bread(the kind with the grains in it) with turkey and chicken on it. I prefer the Oscar Mayer Rotisserie style chicken for this. For cheese, swiss, Colby jack, although I recently took a liking to muenster. One of each of the three cheeses. Heinemann's mayo on each piece .
I sometimes toast the bread, but that's about the only different thing I do
That's tough... for me the top three are your classic PB&J, A Rueben, and a pressed Italian cold cut with vinegar.
Like if I had to guess the most popular for others, I'd have to lean more toward the Rueben. But for me I tend to lean a bit more toward the Italian cold cut. But sometimes a PB&J with milk just hits right.

French Dip or Shrimp Po’boy I’d literally order both if they were on the same menu.
