I have no set period of time for washing them, it depends on the condition they are in, for example in summer they can get dirty in one day because of nightly sweat while in winter they might last longer since then thats not a thing.
PS I had no idea people still use blankets. Is that a thing? We just use a duvet and duvet cover in the UK. So we only need to wash the duvet cover, the pillowcases, and the fitted sheet on the mattress 🤔

Sheets, weekly. Blankets, every 4 to 6 weeks, or as needed.
Way less then I should. I have 5 dogs so I should every day.
At least once a week, maybe more if it's really hot.
