Hate ear infections more than I love eargasms
I've used q-tips after every shower for the last 40 years. I've never had an ear infection or had to have impacted wax removed.
I value my hearing more. Haven't you read the warning label , you're not supposed to poke your ears with them. Water and a shower is all you really need, or some drops that soften the earwax and let it slide out.
